Prove Allah exists

I was not pointing that Jesus is the same God as Islam's God, but the Father in christian is the same God as our God: Allah.
That still dosnt answer
If we are cleansed of our guilt thanks to our debt to the law being paid and can therefore appear rightous befor a Holy God and your god dosnt require that then how can they be called the same God?

So be it that way: the woman's request is granted, then why did Jesus said that he was sent only for the house of Israel if he didn't came but only for the house of Israel?

Oh yeah this really interested me:

"I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile - Romans 1:16"

Now I would like to ask you, can a holy book be said to be holy if there are contradictions between the verses inside it? From Matthew 15:24 and Romans 1:16, you can see that one time Jesus said that he was sent only for the house of Israel and the other time Jesus said that he was sent for everyone who believes. Now which one is true? One of them has to be true, cause two contradicted statements cannot be both right.
Its not contradictory, at that specific time he was just sent for the lost sheep of Israel.

John 5:17-19
Jesus said to them, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I, too, am working.” For this reason the Jews tried all the harder to kill him; not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God. Jesus gave them this answer: “I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.

Thats was his current mission from the Father. While on earth Jesus made it clear that he was doing what the Father told him to do. While on earth Jesus had
Philippians 2:7 -but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.

Not only does this story in Matthew 15:24 hint at what was to come eg the Gentiles would also benifit from Jesus but Romans 1:16 confirms it!

Firdaus Mardhatillah said:
Oh, one more thing: Jesus (God) was sent...how on earth can God be sent? Prophets were sent, but God? No way! If Jesus was sent, than Jesus is not God because there is something more powerful than Jesus that could send Jesus. So, Jesus is a prophet, not God.
If God is made up of 3 persons like Christians belive and the bible makes this clear then it is perfectly legitimate to say that Jesus or part of God was sent.

just wait untill jesus [a.s] returns, then we'll see who believes, not everyone will be able to know him, only the pious will. The jewish still await for the final messenger, who will they have dajjal [one eyed monster] who jesus [a.s] will kill and show everyone the right path to islam.
IF YOU FAIL TO PREPARE, THEN BE PREPARED TO FAIL!!! And saying that God had a rest on the 7th day, HAHAHAHAAHAHA Allah [swt] never rests, if he did thered be war on the streets, satan will rule the world, but he aint why, because muslims still exist, Why is Islam the fastest growing religion in the world? Why is it that every religion seems to have seen their god [false ones obvcourse] but to know god exists theres something called faith. Allah will come to those who are willing to believe that there is no God but Allah[the creator] and Muhammad [may peace ad blessings be upon him] is the final messenger. The world didnt create itself, people are so bothered at worldly materials, when really who you want is Allah. Not everyone has reached that standard yet, i feel sorry for the non believers, your time will come when you realise in your grave, when the angel of death comes to take your soul, when the two angels in the grave and ask you whos is yor lord? what is your religion? who was the final messenger of Allah[the creator]? what will you say? when they show you the windows to the heavens and then the window slams dhut in your face and then Allah commands the angels to throw you into the hell fire, it is said by the final messenger [may peace and blessings be upon him] that if a stone was to be thrown into the hell fire, it would take atleast 70 years to reach the bottom. People who backbite will scrape their own skin off with their own copper nails, when meeting Allah [swt] on the day of Judgement, people will be so anxcious that they will start eating their own flesh.
Allah is the lord of all living creatures, believe or not you'll regret the day that you said 'I dont believe in Allah!!

Hmmm yeah thats all very interesting. See i could also say that Hell awaits those who dont except Christ as their savior?
Im a little unsure of your point though. Are you responding to anyones post? How bout the topic of the Thread? Unless it was the part about how the world didn't create itself but how does that prove allah specifically?

That is so twisted.

Any verses in Bible that says that Jesus said he was sent to the lost sheep of Israel at that time only?

What a God, what a God...Can God be told to do something? "Hey God, do this!" , "Hey God, do that!"

If christians believe that God is made up of 3 persons, then take a look at Mark 12:29:

"And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments [is], Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: "

Isn't it clear enough that Bible, your own holy book teaches you that God is one and only one! Not three in one or one in three. If so there are somewhere in the Bible that states that God is three in one, I want to question you, which one is true? Because one of them must be true, because they are not the same. If either one of them is true or both are wrong, then the content of the Holy Bible has mistakes in it, and so, it is not Holy! If you say something is holy, that something must be clean from mistakes. Can you trust a book that contains mistakes in it?

Oh my!!

The best response here so far has been...

Religion is not a question of proof but of faith.
Alex60

There is no "Proof" of god/gods/goddesses and those who believe in them do themselves a disservice when attempting to contrive "proof".

Without refering to Science, Do you believe you have a brain?
If yes, how come you believe you have a brain without being able to see it????!

Because I have seen it, MRI images at least.
I`ve also seen one humans brains or parts of it.
I`ve also seen photos of human brains still in the human head at least partially.

what is your theory for how everything got here if you do not believe in God?

Why does one need a theory?
"I don`t know" is perfectly acceptable, in fact it`s preferable

I win and you lose everything in your life. But if you do believe in God, and then it turns out that God does not exist, ok, the disbeliever wins, but you DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO LOSE! Now, which position do you prefer to take, to believe in God or to disbelieve God?

Horus is going to be soooo mad at you when you get to his pearly gates!!
Pascals wager is really a bad logical position.

The Christian God and the Jews God is the same one who is the God of Islam.

Very true Peace, I wish more Muslims, Jews, and Christians would realise this.
However this leaves out nearly 20,000 or so other possible gods not to mention any we may not be directly aware of.
What if it`s one of those?

There dosnt need to be, its stated throughout the new Testiment that while on earth Jesus made it clear that he was doing what the Father told him to do this would include his timing.

Like i posted earlier.
Philippians 2:7 -but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.
Are you saying God couldnt do this if he wanted?

I thought i did?
The story in Matthew 15:24 gives the hint at what was to come eg the Gentiles would also benifit from Jesus.
Romans 1:16 says just that, the Gentiles have access to salvation and its thanks to what Jesus did.

This is a commandment against Idolatary, there is only one God and mankind is not to worship any manmade gods, we are not to make gods to suit ourselves and our sins. In Mark 12:29 when Jesus says this the Jewish people where under the Roman Empire and the Jews were not to worship false gods. Christians are Monotheism, we belive in ONE God its the nature of our God that you are disputing. We belive that the 3 persons Father, Son and Holy Spirit make up our 1 God.

Have you ever witnessed a birth first hand and up close. Have you ever seen a wound heal? These are daily miracles, not merely random collections of molecules. Science has come a long way in being able to lable things and we have even been able to begin to comprehend the greatness of Allah(god). But you who think you are the above all and end all, are just like the ones who said the world was flat. In order to see God, you must know what you're looking at. Gravity existed long before man gave it a name and learned how to measure it. Surely there is more that we can not see with the human eye, or measure with human instraments.

Very true. :) And isn't it amazing that two cells can form a human being, with well over a million cells ?(not sure if it's in the billions.......)

Druidus

I've seen such things happening on a molecular level, and let me tell you now, it's no proof of God.

Why need proof? If religion is based on faith, fact will invalidate religion.

Thats whats wrong of the way of how people think, you need proof in order to believe something. If suppose you were told by someone that your cousin, or say my cousin got an accident, would I just believe it without even checking the truth of it? God created us with brain/mind, so that we can search the truth. Even though that we cannot directly see God, but we can feel it, we can see signs of the existence of God...that is for people who thinks.

Druidus

Nevertheless, I stand by my belief that there is no proof in any God/Gods. It is up to the people to search for what "feels" right to them, be it Christianity, Islam, Agnosticism. Atheism, Wicca, Druidry, Hellenism, Judaism, Toaism, Buddhism, or whatever.

there are many signs to prove that Allah exists.
the earth is moving around the sun at 1000 miles an hour. if it started rotated a 100 miles suddenly, the day would be ten times longer. all the crops would die. life would finish. obviously, God is the one keeping all this accurate.
if u ever found a watch on desert, u would assume that somebody has dropped it and not that it somehow came out of nowhere! the same way, the earth, sun, moon, did not suddenly pop out of no where! someone created them and it was God. the same way, life on earth is a proof. the human body is designed so accurately.this is not possible to happen by itself. if u r still not satisfied, then the four holy books(bible, quran, tahura, zabur) are proof that allah exists. by reading and understanding one of them would answer all your questions. yes, God exists and he is watching you day and night.

I'll gladly prove to anyone that God exists, but for that it is logically necessary that they prove to me that I exist. Until then, it is pointless for me, who say that I don't exist, to prove anything to them about something they say does not exist.

Being no proof is not evidence that there is a god. You are indeed evidence of your own existence.

The serious point is, the challenge to prove predictably and self-servingly fails to understand why no proof and no disproof is required or possible. It is as meaningless as my words in my previous post.

One may choose to believe or disbelieve. One may convince oneself by whatever means. But a demand to prove or disprove is plain wretched. The best serious answer (given very quickly in this discussion) denies the demand flatly.
