Is The Bible Finished?

Which Church? Whose Church?

It was the Orthodox Church that determined the contents of the Bible. It happened over time with various bishops listing for their people various collections of books as canon. In 367 St. Athanasius listed the modern New Testament for the first time in history, and the first time the list of books in the modern Bible were listed together was the end of the fourth century.

Yes, but does The Bible say THE END? Are there any scriptures that say that anyone cannot document and/or publish their life’s truths and/or their inspired REALationship with a Supreme BEing? Should an individual’s perception be discounted or ignored because of the fact that they were not alive during the time the Orthodox Church was assembling The Bible?

An interesting viewpoint concerning more testimony to add to the Bible comes from Revelation 10:3-4: [3] And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. [4] And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I [John]was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not." (KJV).

It is suggested that at the appropriate time what the seven thunders had to say will be revealed.

Controversy surrounds the ending of Revelation as to wheter the curses mentioned apply to the book of Revelation or to the Bible as a whole. My personal belief is that God is just tired of us not listening to what He's already said so He clammed up similar to what He did from the period of Malachi to Zacharias in the book of Luke..

I would respect it enough if these scriptures were meant to be applied to the whole Bible but what about other separate publications that were written after The Bible was assembled? Isn’t there more Truths to be found, more example in our history that could reinforce these old scriptures and introduce new proverbs?

My personal belief is that GOD has been constantly talking to us but it is we who decided not to listen because people realized that no matter how many copies of the Bible have been printed or distributed no one really wanted to follow their life or GOD to one book.

No. There are many lives, miracles, and whatnot that have occured since the canonization. They just don't make it into Scripture (and may well not be accepted as compatible with the Church). St. Seraphim of Sarov, for instance, was clairvoyant and acted as a seer, teacher, and even prophet to Russia. His writings are preserved and revered, but not Scripture.

I said earlier that I can send a copy of the Third Testament to anyone who wants to see it. It has been written, there is more to the Bible. If God is infinite, and if his/her wisdom is infinite. There is no way all of it could have been explained to the people of Biblical times. They had very limited knowledge of natural things, how could they possibly have been able to understand, let alone write about such complicated spiritual matters?

Until recently, the evangelical community propagated the erroneous belief that the Samaritan ex-leper attained salvation through gratitude, a theology unsupported by the New Testament. Moreover, the notion that the Samaritan should comply with Jesus' directive to present himself at the Temple in that locality lacks coherence, considering he wouldn't be accepted in the Jewish temple, and he was geographically distant. Upon realizing his healing, distinct from being declared ceremonially clean, the Samaritan returned spontaneously, venerating Jesus. It was this demonstrated faith that prompted Jesus to attribute eternal life to him. There's still much to be done
