If would define "world" as independant universes. That being the case, there are more separate universes that anyone would ever be able to count. You may as well say 'infinite'.

It depends on what you mean by world... Are all of the planets worlds?? In that case, there are tons of them, probably, that we don't even know about...
But I always refer to earth as THE World... There is only one "The World," but lots of planets, I assume... Unless they've been telling me lies about that too...... >_>
