Excellent! Congratulations, Jay. You could build a life-sized model of Oprah with what you've lost.

I quoted this just to preserve it for posterity. :faint:

That's wonderful! Did you have a target weight
when you started?

Wowza.....that is a nice chunk of weight! I can only imagine how you feel after losing the amount of weight equal to someone of my stature. That's gotta be an amazing feeling. What have you noticed the most after losing all of that weight? Did you excercise along with keeping to a strict diet? Most importantly, are you going to continue on this diet to keep the weight off or are you doing other things to ensure you don't gain the weight back? Sorry for all of the questions but these things interest me. I wish I would have went to school in a health related field. Anyway, congrats on exceeding your goal! It was probably one of the hardest things in life you had to do but well worth it.

Toes - along with the wonderful ability to engage in hours of activity with grandkids.

Not sufficiently - I walk a lot and hope to begin swimming more.

I make excellent food choices and can think of no reason why that would change.

Dang Jay!!

I'm just hoping there's enough left of you to meet with when I get back to Chicago (which should happen within the next 30 days).

Congratulations. I can now add "weight loss envy" to my list of mental health issues.
