No Sin?

Yup.

"Every knee shall bow, every tongue confess, that Jesus Christ is Lord" - the idea is as much of an offense to humans now as it was to those who wanted to crucify him.

Well he was trying to destroy there religion(at lest they thought so), there Roman had there way of belief, and way of life as did the Jew back then, to them he was nothing more then a Cult leader and need to be taken care of. At lest these could be there way of thought.

Sorry for being "stupid", in view of your previous statement

perhaps you can see why the assumption was made. (btw, do you realize how pretentious it appears to say things like "I don't hate God, but I don't really care for "your" God")

anyway thanks for the blessing.

I didn't mean to make it sound like I was call you stupid, just what you said about me. Now it all depends on what God where talking about right. Your God seem to wan t me to bow before him because he says he's God. I don't HATE, God(now which God). But your God I don't care for, not hate there a difference. You're God is not the true God and has no right to make rule for all of us down here, follow him if you wish and believe in your sin, but leave me and my Gods only, the only Sin is the belief in sin in the first place. Now good day :D

I don't know what you have been responding to but I have been talking about this quote

*emphasis mine

perhaps we got our wires crossed?

Sorry, now I get it I didn't see that thing about no free will before. that is just trippy, why would God yank our free will. Certainly an unorthodox view and not based on anything i can discern about the nature of the god who created us as free.

sigh. your silly misconceptions about who and what I worship are exceeded only by your inability to express them.

and good day to you as well.

I notice a pattern with you.
When you are all out of clever things to say, you resort to this type of non-response.
Sad really.
I would have thought you would have at least lasted three of four go rounds before you tucked tail and ran.
The only thing sad is that you are so blind you do not see that killing an unborn baby is murder.

Since this post shows you do not know what you are talking about or that you are flat out lying to elicit an emotion reaction...

Yikes! I will attempt to alter the course of this discussion.

I think it is impossible to believe in God without believing in sin, unless you are a simply a theist believing that God has no relationship with the current world.

If you believe in naturalism, that there is no right and wrong, then sin is merely rebellion. Ironically, if you believe in God you ALSO believe that sin is merely rebellion. The only difference of opinion is whether God has anything to do with it!

if our atoms were arranged to produce the same chemical reaction as the murderer we would not be any better.

What we really need to do is find mind altering chemicals and use science to make people feel happy all the time.

We also need to learn to do repairs and keep reactions going so we can live forever. amen

#1 Our atoms are arranged the same as murderers other wise a solider could not kill, however for most of us free will, moral value and perhaps a little virtue keep us from killing but we all think about it from time to time that is only natural.

#2 We have all the mind altering chemicals you have described and 1 out of 8 Americans are on them , Prozac, Paxil, Zolfot, etc.

#3 We can do repairs to keep going forever (well a lot longer anyway) but the moral majority is against science because it is against god (but not where I live we have stem cell treatment and no god).

What proof do we have that free will exists and that we had not all been tricked? Can you name one instance in your life that you have ever done anything uncaused? If not, what is the logical next step? Determinism.

Done here.
What specific point is an unborn baby considered murderable?
If you kill a fetus, it gets to spend all eternity in heaven with Jesus and Ruth Graham and Ronald Reagan, but if it's born it will become a sinner and in the majority of cases not accept Jesus as its personal savior and will be condemned to eternal torment in the lake of fire. So basically, the sooner the better.

I have freewill because I do as I please when I please and I believe as I choose not as has been chosen or prescribed for me. If I did not have free will I could not be tricked and I have been tricked many times. It is not possible to do something that is uncaused as that would be a contradiction of natural law, cause and effect for me Karma.

How can it be that you have free will when you cannot even perform an action that wasn't caused?
