On another forum this person is posting things I've never heard of I'm posting some of her stuff. Anyone have any idea what religions shes talking about?

As long as you are in your Adam flesh, fallen in nature, dead and dying body, you can't physically enter into the unseen realm. Not unless you are taken there, before death, like Paul the Apostle, (who returned and told of it and did not know if he was in the body or out of it when he was taken up) , or like John the Apostle, who went through an open door into that realm and saw the things that are and that will be, and returned) or like Enoch (who was translated in body so that he could dwell there forever), or like the prophets Elijah and Moses ( which Moses was raised from death in his own, same, untranslated body (as Lazarus in the Gospels was, and ascended into heaven in it and is coming back with Elijah in it ,as a witness to Jesus Christ, who will preach in Jerusalem for 3 1/2 years.
Our natural/carnal/fallen condition is supernatural in itself, as we were not made to die until we die, but made to live and morphose, as the creatures for Glory Adam was designed to be a temple, for.
We cannot overcome the fallen condition of our "natural man" -corrupted by sin and dying til we die.
No matter how much DNA manipulation of the elements we can achieve (again), we will never make the elements of this creation into an eternally self existent being.
Jesus the Christ, as YHWH, the Oath who created all things and upholds all things by the power of His Oath, is the only One who can take the elements He created and dissolve them and reform them into the uncorrupted and incorruptible form which will have no more death, dying, decay, in them.
He's going to do that, in the proper season.
Why should Jude tell you that he got what he quoted from 'a book of Enoch', when history of the Church tells us the book was in use at that time and was called "scripture" at that time by many. It was only banned by men in the western Church after 4 centuries of early Church history. As I said, it remained as accepted canon in the Ethiopian Coptic Church for the near two thousand years of Church history As it is quoted by Jesus and his womb brothers -James and Jude- then there is no reason to toss it out -but suit yourself.
-the Book of Jasher is accepted by you, then, as the OT says: "Behold, is it not written in the book of Jasher"? two times.
The Book of Jasher is where the names of the magicians of Pharaoah's court are named, Jannes and Jambres, which Jude also quotes from without telling you that he got that from "the Book of Jasher"
Back to the gist of the message; that it has all been done before and is the reason we speak different languages.
She sounds like she Gnostic in some of her post but now I'm not so sure....
