    Been to pooja a few times before ; it was very beautiful indeed Also been to another Tamil temple Sri Thurkkai Amman temple; took my class of children with me for pooja and they loved it, really special day for us all! The priest was lovely with the children and prepared a meal for us all

    I think that's the beauty of Hinduism - only when attending the temple (northern style) did I get to meet some of the devas who I have never met before I think that's one thing I love about hinduism is that fact that the different temples I visit also worship the local deities from their home...

    I think puja can be a very personal experience - different things for different people! Full morning puja at the temples I attend is just as beautiful as the puja I attend at ,y yoga teachers house Each to their own
