I hear you about metaphysics... that is what it is, eh?

That liberation through restrictions feeling didn't set in right away for me when I first embarked upon life with the Buddha-dharma.

As faith goes... I most certainly have faith in these suggestions, in bringing about what is said to happen, as the more often I practice these tips for healthy, crisp mind the better my head and heart feels... the more wakeful my meditation becomes and the more generally mindful I become.

It's odd that the more aware I become of all the ways the 'rules' can influence my life... seemingly being 'covering more ground'... the more simple things feel... the more room, breath and expanse I can dance with...

It is interesting to know that you've been studying the Jain Dharma. I've done some reading and personal searching with it, but other than a visit to a Temple, I've had no encounters IRL and the DIR is slow here. There are many MANY beautiful things in the Jain Dharma.... while cosmologies aren't a big deal to me... I feel that the JD is a nice balance between Sanatan and Buddha Dharmas... well... a lot of Tao-s and Dharmas honestly.
That is... is has a very interesting flavour to me that makes a lot of sense to me.
