maybe.... I think its quite sad, there is a lot of great perspectives, literature etc in catholicism... however it seems the vatican is out of touch of reality, I am sure by accepting darwin and aliens, mopre will approach the church, I am equally sure many will raise an eye brow..and have questions!, this also goes more fuel to the protestant fundamentalists that see catholicism as not christian

I find the whole thing quite absurd...... aliens may not be affected by original sin...etc... I think the vatican may have lost the plot
