  • Ameen to that, i sure hope we can be close to Ehli Beyt :) i want to know what other Muslims know about Karbala. i've started a thread on Islam DIR about it. IMO this is very important issue. sort of makes me sick to know everything is used by enemies of Allah to divide us. the same thing was done right after Prophet died. so how could those Muslims who saw him in person cut his most precious grandson's head off? why did Hussein have to sacrifice his life to save Islam? he basicly was given two options. he would either get killed or accept Caliphate of Zayd. he chosed to die so that we could see. that breaks my heart. but he did not die in vain, no way
SalamunAlaykum, other day i listened to a valuable Turkish man. he talked about Kerbela. he was holding a paternoster that's made of ground where Hussein and his baby boy was murdered. i still think about it. he says that we should remember that day everyday and i agree. we should remember. well, just wanted to stop by and tell you this. IMO what happened there is still happening on different levels. that time Muslims were led by a Kafeer and they killed Hussein. long time ago, while many people who saw face of Moahmmad SAW were still alive. if that incident could happen in such a short time after Prophet died, i can't imagine how it would be like 1400 years later. May God help us all
selamu alaykum brother and happy ramadan, may Allah make this fasting month easy for you and me and all the ummah and may our sins be forgiven inshallah, amin.
