    There is a supplement called Gaba that works to help relaxation and sleep for those who ruminate in the evenings. It helps calm a racing mind. It's a neurotransmitter in the brain, so it's not introducing anything foreign. It's not expensive either.

    Without believing, it's okay to think Jesus was a good role model in some ways, that The Golden Rule is a good idea, etc. I don't see anything shocking about that.

    We could, but I would say the average person would find it hard to live there comfortably.
