I really understand about accepting gifts from others.
Sometimes one principle outweighs the other.
We cook mostly whole foods and I hear you about premade/processed stuff.
Fake meats might me marginally better for one after you factor the sodium
and heavens know what else they put in something to make it taste like, 'chickn'!
We are lucky to have families who support our habits and cook accordingly when using cookware etc..
Also... I enjoy your new avatar... I thought we had a new member last night when reading!
