I like it, but can't get hubby to go with me.

I found a compromise with my wife, I don't know if it will apply to your situation. She goes with me on groups meetings in the Church. We went to a discussion group and we considered trying a study group. Some UU Churches have lots of activities that your husband - or son, who knows ? - may...

    Reform Feminism!

Thank you :) in the francophone world, they are called "masculinists". Indeed, from what I saw, some of them are saying that the Western societies are now matriarchic :biglaugh: Of course, a society can radically change systems in less than a century! (If you take as true the supposition...

Excuse my ignorance, but a question about lesbians

True! Why call it "sexual" expression when it's personnality? Why did I never think about that? (Oh boy I'm really unsure about my last sentence's grammar...)

Excuse my ignorance, but a question about lesbians

Just like you have masculine girls and feminine men who are heterosexual. So to me the butch/femme categorization based on sexual orientation is irrelevant. Sexual orientation (who you love) and sexual expression (how you look like) are two different things. And I love how this picture shows...

    Reform Feminism!

Totally agree, that's what I tell people when they pretend that feminism is sexist. But what is an MRA exactly? :sorry1: (I was looking for a shy smiley and that's the closest I could find!) I know about masculinist and equigenderist movements, are either one of those MRA?

Of course, but that doesn't mean negating who you are either.

    Christmas and Slavery.

Slavery Footprint - Survey I have 29 slaves working for me and I think my lifestyle is simple. I was surprised to see how few clothes I have and vast majority of them are second-hand. But however I'm a gamer and use a lot of electronics. As for Christmas, I got : utensiles made in Quebec...

Is Unitarian Universalism the perfect religion?

Unfortunately true. I think that's because people perceive satanism as an "antagonist religion". However I think it would fit in the UU since satanism values critical thinking and use of reason. So it's good old stereotypes.

Is Unitarian Universalism the perfect religion?

:) I think the popular belief is that inclusiveness is just a passive way of saying : everybody's welcome! But like you said, it's more an exchange. So to me inclusiveness is active and reflective. It's the goal of finding common ground and priority values without beefing too restrictive...
