what i can see happening is those who wish to return to the traditional way of christian practice will very much welcome this move, where as the liberal christian (whose numbers are very much dwindling) will shy away.I expect an almighty war of words to happen but i doubt very much if it will...
i see what you mean by a win win situation,in the long run i feel this is a closer step to harmonising the christian faith that has so long been divided.
now that is a question......Does anyone know whether property will change hands along with the converts? because i really cannot see the anglican church allowing its property to go with its clergy.
well as far as i can tell the RCC are allowing these anglicans to bring over some of their traditions with them. Exactly how much anglican traditions will be permited i cannot say, but this sounds to me as a giant leap forward for the RCC to even allow other traditions under its own umbrella.
i like you my friend am also thinking of converting. the main issue being the anglican faith has lost all its moral teatchings ( at least in my oppinion).
what are peoples oppinion on the catholic faith opening the doors to dis-illusioned anglican bishops and priests to convert?
personally i believe this is a great idea myself.
hi jkb
The answer to your question is
Temple= well temple means to me the temple of Solomon in the biblical sense. Although i do believe temple should also mean church or anywhere with an altar that is used as a gathering point for prayer.
Prophets=well as we know there have been many so called...
i am very much in favour of the death penalty, but i have absolutely no faith in this system to be unbiased enough to carry out justice without harming the innocent.
