It was quite a change for me also. It involved me going to church to try to help my cause with disproving Christianity and me coming to a realization during that process.

Try to pray to Jesus like he was a friend, carry on a conversation like you would with other people. I have done that since I have been a Christian and it helps me out quite a bit. This way seems to help me out the best. Good luck.
Being a little new to this all I have learned that I think the first two make the most sense to me. I think the incarnation of Jesus as God is the same as him being God fully. I myself really do not see a difference between the two.
