Sometimes I think I'm all alone here. No one seems to understand what the heck I'm saying.

I do-- well, at least I think I do. ;) I think what you're probably running across are people who simply find it easier to jump to conclusions rather than to actually spend time trying to understand you. Anyhow, do please keep up the good work as I at least enjoy your posts.

I really don't personally get into what was supposedly written by God as this is just not my "thing".

That was the most hurting laugh I ever had. I thought I would have a heart attack.

Not too shabby. ;) For some reason, I have always gravitated towards petite, olive-skinned to dark-skinned girls/women. Since I am a blonde with blue eyes and a light complexion, I guess, at least with me, opposites do attract. BTW, my blonde hair deserted me a couple of decades ago.

      I saw it. Thanks.

I think my emotions got a bit high as well.

Just so you know where I'm coming from: any sort religious initiation ritual for an infant tends to tap into the objections I had to infant baptism from when my then-Catholic ex and I were looking to have kids.

I'm glad you came back here. I left IF because of a disagreement that I had with Lightkeeper and I have never returned. I miss some of the people there but some have moved here. I'm looking forward to seeing more of you here.

Exactly, disagreement need not be a barrier to friendship. God is Love.
