    Is this disgusting?

I personally cannot bear to listen to or be around such people.. I totally agree that their radical rhetoric is very harmful to society in general..

    Similarities

As a Spiritualist, I see few similarities with other religions. Christians seem to believe in an afterlife of sorts, but no similarity as to how that transpires.. Reincarnation is shared by certain other religions as well...

    Philosophy of Mind

That is a lot to grapple with at one time... We are spiritual Beings temporarily in a physical body..The physical body has a brain, but the soul/spirit has conscienceness. Ego is who we think that we are or how we want others to perceive us.. Our personality is who we really...

    Speaking of Cats..Declawing Issue..

I have in the past, but would never do it again... There were never any complications, thank goodness, but I know better by now...Dogs? We have a gigantic sweet rottweiler, 3 pitbulls, a lab/pit, 2 wolf/pits, a hunting dog looking terrier and a ****zu...so we know about dogs...

I have always been a Liberal--not to say that I haven't voted for a very few Republicans through the years---but went from a bleeding heart liberal to a far left Progressive on most issues...

    Bipartite God?

That certainly covers the basics.. I think that pantheism could even be used to explain spiritualism......:)

Truly, you need to research and study outside of the New Testament...Biblical scholars and historians will prove to you that there were no disciples and that the names were made up..There were dozens of Jesus cults, all with different beliefs and understandings of what they heard about him...

    Bipartite God?

Actually, it is very similar to my belief system...I did some research on it yesterday' but every site seemed to have a different angle...I also believe in an afterlife, world of spirit, and communication with spirit...This is probably where spiritualism veers away from pantheism. our...

    Survival

Maybe, but Paul's letters are all based on hearsay as well..He never knew the man that they called Jesus..

What letters exist from that time that are not hearsay? How were they validated?

    Bipartite God?

It is not workable for me.. God/Creator/Source is--All That Is--everything..The energy of the Source "is" His essence..and ours and that of everything in the universe..There is no separation except our perception of separation..

The better question is what proof is there that any of the christian myths ever happened? I would refer you to "Who Wrote The New Testament?" The making of the christian myth by Burton L. Mack, a biblical scholar and historian of religion...

    Law of Attraction

No, I don't believe in the law of attraction-other than positive attracts positive and negative attracts negative...It does not take into account the reasons that we are here, including karmic reasons..
