    Shaivism and Shaktism

Sadly, no. I've been busy with work, we've also had some car troubles. The terrible irony is that I work at an auto shop XD I do plan on returning, however, once I've straightened things out and probably sometime when more people are there

    Shaivism and Shaktism

That sounds good, but I'll pass. Why are they "bad" ?if I may ask

    Shaivism and Shaktism

So is the view that both Shiva and Shakti are viewed as different forms of Brahman by both of the groups ?

    Shaivism and Shaktism

What are the main differences between the theology of these two sects ? Does Shaivism believe that shakti is required for the creation of the physical world ? And if Devi is supreme in Shaktism, does that mean that Shiva is another form of The Godess ?

    The glories of ancient India

    Buddhist texts

What is the Buddhist scripture which recalls the Buddha's life and teachings ? Or at least which one records his teachings and who wrote it ?

    Sri Guru Granth Sahib verse

Thanks for clearing this up for me, and yes, I did take it that the text was saying they would wander aimlessly "forever". It is funny that you compared it to a play or movie I often think of life as such, with God as the actor/director and us his characters

    Sri Guru Granth Sahib verse

I could see how translating it in such a way could misgive the message of the text. Do you know of any passages referring to Karma or is it just presupposed by Sikhs because of the religions close proximity to Hinduins ?

    Sri Guru Granth Sahib verse

In the Guru Granth Sahib it says that by his command some are blessed and forgiven and others by his command wander aimlessly forever. So does Sikhism accept the belief in Karma ? Or does Waheguru take on such a role? Also, does this passage indicate that it is possible to never attain Moksha or...
