Thank you, Atanu. We will almost certainly go through Delhi, if the trip comes off. I visited India once before--in 2008--but my wife and I only had a day in Delhi. So it is likely that I will spend at least a day or two there. Longer if I can get a chance to visit the local Boeing facility, which is the company I work for.

I live in Delhi -- or rather in Noida, bordering Delhi. My office is also in Noiada. The place is about 35 Km from Airport. Tell me when you visit Assam. If you stay in Dehli for some time then we can even meet. Or if you need any help, please do tell me.

Zenzero, thanks for the response. My wife and I visited Chennai and the southern region two years ago. We've only visited India once, but we really want to go back. We especially enjoyed the South, but we had only a few days to see the major sites. What is your native language? Telugu? I only speak a little Hindi, and I've forgotten most of my Sanskrit. I can still read devanagari script, though.
