    Thank you! Did I mention I suffer from asthma? I cannot focus in my breathing because I get nervous trying to hear if there's some wheezing or sth strange. My breathing is very shallow besides. So I was trying to find out if I coud substitute it for mantra listening/writing instead...

    I think the same. I suffer from anxiety due to asthma and other illnesses since I was a child and it never crossed my mind to blame anyone let alone feeling entitled to any sort of compensation. S*** happens!

    I have been a bookworm all my life, but it's been more than a year since I cannot even open a book, or read a few pages at least. I have my ereader full of interesting books, I only need to identify the problem... Some advice?
