    I think you mean "prevent". God doesn't prevent humans with free will from making evil choices. Also we don't know how many evil acts are actually prevented by God, so we don't see God's pattern of behavior in that respect.     Working along side women I know for a fact that they can be as raunchy as men if not more so. When men brag about their sexual exploits it's often very embellished, when women do it's usually true. I used to be shocked at the things I heard and saw. Not anymore.
