I kinda stink on guitar but it's a good excuse to get together with close friends, swig a rum and coke, and just have fun.

I'll have to look into the guitarists you mentioned. My favourite guitarist is a guy right in my home town of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Brent Parkin. Man this guy is my hero. Also, Randy Bachman (mostly cause I'd walk down the street and there he was (!) at our neighborhood community center playing his gorgeous black Rickenbacker in the band "Chad Allen and the Expressions", who became the Guess Who later on. Burton Cummings was in another band, the "Devrons" and he was amazing. It was only matter of time before he replaced Chad Allen, but it was a sad day for us Winnipegers.
