Can religion exist separately from politics?

I think it depends on the religion. Many religions can be separated from the politics. But religions such as Islam makes it difficult to separate it at all. Christianity is difficult but not impossible.

In call, Trump demands Georgia officials 'find' votes

To fight wasn't in the literal meaning of a physical fight. Can you name at least one with proof? I see often how Democrats are extremely racist. They seems to want the segregation back in the name of social justice. There is a connection. Here are two examples...

religiousforums.com has now become politics forums

It's a little sad to see it. The current things involved in the US politics recently have absolutely nothing to do with religion.

In call, Trump demands Georgia officials 'find' votes

Telling people to protest and storming Capitol Hill are two very different things. It's not illegal to protest. What people did in Capitol Hill was wrong but have you seen the videos where the staff let them enter peacefully. There was no mob in the beginning at least. I saw some live videos on...

God in sikhism more loving than Christian God

There are some indications of reincarnation in NT. It's not very clear but some things can surely make you think. Luk 9:19 19 They answering said, John the Baptist; but some say, Elias; and others say, that one of the old prophets is risen again. Matt 16:13-14 13 When Jesus came into the...

Mitt Romney Should Have Been President Eight Years Ago

Romney has never been my favorite but I did some minor campaignings for him when I lived in Utah 2012 at a local GOP office there. But I definitely prefer him before Obama. I was at the GOP election night party in Salt Lake City then. I'm sure that if Romney had won back then Trump would most...

In call, Trump demands Georgia officials 'find' votes

Trump didn't promote any riots either. Are you even following the news at all? The Democrats did a lot of riots but especially they behaved like spoiled babies in the politics. Even some Republicans did that too. I remember when Republicans complained about the Obama policy the Republicans were...

In call, Trump demands Georgia officials 'find' votes

You already forgot about Democrats literally crying on the streets and then trying the conspiracy about Russian collusion etc? It took them 4 years and they still didn't accept the loss. I'm not talking about one person. I'm talking about the Democratic party. I hope the Republicans won't do the...

In call, Trump demands Georgia officials 'find' votes

I normally like Trump but since election night he has been almost as a bad loser as the Democrats have been since the election night of 2016.

Maybe reincarnation is just an illusion of God's love

Don't worry. Hell doesn't have any support in the Bible. It also contradicts to a merciful and loving God.

Christians Only: The Book of Mormon

I have never studied archeology based on the Book of Mormon. I have studied some archeology but it was focused on Scandinavian archeology. One problem is there are so few excavations in the Americas at all. It's unlikely to find anything if someone isn't looking. This is a possible evidence for...

Christians Only: The Book of Mormon

The archeological part is interesting. But is there any country in the Americas where there have been a proper archeological excavation yet? Europe and Middle East are the only places with excavations basically all over (yes I know I'm exaggerating now) as far as I know. It's fully possible a...

    Judaism and reincarnation

I write an essay on graduate level about reincarnation in Judaism/Kabbalah. To my experience most rabbis who wrote books about reincarnation are Orthodox. I have seen maybe 1-2 rabbis who may have been Conservative. I haven't seen any Reform rabbi writing about reincarnation yet. Tanakh doesn't...

    Religions in Vietnam

Thanks. I have already checked Wikipedia. It's very limited info. The rest was interesting despite the text from Asia Highlights was partly unreadable for me.

    Religions in Vietnam

I arrived in Vietnam in the beginning of the pandemic and I have been here since then. I'm curious of the different religions there are in Vietnam. Buddhism is the biggest one. But many parts of Buddhism have clear roots to folk religions (especially the Chinese folk religion) as far as I can...
