I got it from the Bear. And the rest is history.

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
The Confederates tried to take over California during the Civil War. They took control of an outpost in Tucson and briefly set up a Confederate territory encompassing the southern half of the New Mexico Territory (which included both Arizona and New Mexico at the time). However, they were defeated and driven back to Texas after the Battle of Picacho Peak.
Anyone who doesn't believe that the Civil War was fought over slavery needs to really read the Articles of Confederation or whatever they're called. Yikes!

You don't have to. Chuck Norris doesn't care.
Chuck Norris thought he was old amd ready to die. Then Bruce Lee said hi ti Chucky in a dream and now he feels revitalized amd not wanting to die after being reminded round 2 is on shortly after that happens

They were trying to make California a slave state. But if their expedition to California had succeeded, I'm not sure if it would have had much of an impact on the war itself, which was largely an eastern affair.

School curriculums, at all levels (including college), need tweaked to make it verg clear that yes indeed the Civil War was fought over slavery. Alexander Stephens even a rather nasty speech, the Cornerstone speech, about it (public school, church schooled or college, none od them mentioned that).
The Articles of Confederation were before the Constitution, amd what US history illiterate Sovereign Citizans claim to justify whatever they want (like driving without a license or registration).
