Theism is all equal.

All of theism has the same amount of proof as Elves. Lets end the demonizing of our Christian members please.

Who's demonizing? Sure Christians are challenged much more often than other Theists, but that's the price one pays for being in the majority.

May An Ending (Ascent) by Brian Eno be played while you think over this topic.

Or better yet, we can all stop demonizing everyone. There's about as much proof that there isn't a god as there is proof that there is one.

Not quite, Danisty. IMO, science itself has "scientific" materialism against the ropes with things like Bell's theorem as well as the Aspect and double-slit experiments. Of course, the same experiments also pretty much destroy anthropomorphic concepts of God, too. The score is atheism 0, clasical theism 0, and the yet to be fully developed 1.

I'm not sure what you're getting at. It seems you assume that atheism is always a belief in science. That really isn't necessary. It is simply a lack of belief. There is no proof that God or gods don't exist. You can only prove what does exist...you can't prove something doesn't exist.

Those who enthusiastically try to leech from Bell's Theorem the demise of naturalism demonstrate little beyond the distorting effects of wishful thinking.

If I speak against Christianity, it certainly won't be trying to disprove it with logic. I'm in no place for that.

Ah, so this is where the "Theists rejoice!" thread is from.

What is your argument against Bell's Theorem not demonstrating the demise of naturalism?

I love it when someone dismisses the interpretation of evidence without offering one of their own.

Romans 9:33
As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

1 Peter 2:7-9

7Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
8And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed. 9But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;
