I'm going to see if I can clarify. This is about me getting spiritually fed. I wasn't seeking to block light. I was explaining how I go to light to get spiritually fed.
What I was trying to articulate is at times I need to learn how within my situations, I allow Allah-light to teach me how. I'm running out of words to explain. I've never been to India.
When expressing about getting spiritually fed, I wasn't at all writing about the cast system. I did find a YouTube video because I heard the chanting of the words that @Aupmanyav was sharing, so I shared the video. My goal in that message was to interact as well as explain that I'm focusing more on getting spiritually fed, and I was using words to explain this.
If any of you all have any advice on what words I could use so all people comprehend, let me know

I do not have PNC in a digital format. Back when I wrote it, I submitted via mail and had a bunch of replies but at the time, the approach was real esoteric as few combined physiology with physics or combining chemical reactions of neurons with the scope of photons. I was working at the molecular level. The work started trying to learn/understand alzheimers and the plaque structures and i realized that the energy exchanges within the neurons were within microtubules.
To this day the majority in the field still consider the neural exchanges as electrical signals.

That is perfectly OK, River Sea. I am an atheist and also a Hindu and much influenced by Buddha. I get wisdom from Science, Hindu philosophies and Buddha, and not from any God or messenger.

Exodus from the Indus Valley, India, to Levant areas that include Israel—that's actually Egypt.
No Exodus from Egypt due to land increased, so remains of Egypt land which also covered what's known as Israel today.

It seems there are so many ways for stories to pass down; even each letter has a story attached. Is this past generation feeling the need to pass down stories so much that they attach stories to even land? Then, to protect it, they must box it with borders. As people will fight to keep as another form to wrestle with?

When you say Exodus, are you talking about the Exodus of Jews from slavery in Egypt, as per the Bible? Because that story is not connected with Indus Valley at all. Zero. I realize that there are a few people from India that desire to make everything in the world about India, but it is transparently irrational and disgustingly ethnocentric. Of course, most Indians are not like that.

There is no EGYPT in the Bible. The name is Mitsrayim. Egypt was known as KMT before 1400 bce. Where mitsrayim was located requires matching with geography.
Here is a sample from the Amarna letters (EA 045) to the King of Egypt where the land of Egypt is called Misrimi in line 27:

The exodus took place from MATHURA aka M.T.R from india 1446 bce and that name entered west Asian vocabulary. It may be transposed on Egypt 1446 bce. No M.T.R in West asia before that. The choice is between the name dropping from the sky in West asia vs being rooted in india.

Look, I'm making a very simple comment that doesn't even require a response. Quote:

Even the Amarna letters from the time period of the exodus TO THE KING OF EGYPT repeatedly call the land of Egypt Mi-is-ri-mi. The Egyptian pharaoh wasn't in India, and the letters themselves were found in Egypt. It looks pretty conclusive to me.

The Egyptians called the fertile Nile Valley "Kemet" (or more fully tꜣ km.t.,) The Black Land, whereas they called the desert The Red Land, or "Deshret."
The Egyptian empire contained both the Black Land and the Red Land. They lived mostly in the Black Land.
