This is the actual group and song I am dedicating to my friend @John53.
Bon Scott and bag pipes ROCK!
OK, great song but WORST.VIDEO. EVER. (Maybe - I can think of some pretty bad ones.)
Oh let's post some terrible videos! I'll start!
Here's another great song but TERRIBLE video - oh and I found out that everyone got sick while filming this video. It was apparently cold as well as wet. Oh but the lead singer didn't get sick - and he also didn't get cold, though it looks like he did a tiny bit of dancing or walking or whatever in the rain. Oh well.
That seems ironic.I logged into the VPN to see this because it was geoblocked
That deserves the Winner Frube right there.Infinity better, I forgive you but I need to win lotto and get you down here so I can teach you about good music.
I agree. I like it too. The first cassette tapes I ever bought were Men at Work, Business As Usual and Led Zeppelin, Four.Hmmm... I think it's a great clip, makes me laugh everytime, maybe you have to be Aussie to understand the humour.

My first concert was the Oak Ridge Boys in Kansas City in 1980.We need a thread for people to list the first album they bought and the first concert they went to. I'd do it but I'm laying on the bed using my phone and it's too much like hard work and no one would probably know mine anyway, both are Australian bands from the early 70s

Your descriptions have me rolling around laughing.First album was Daddy Who Daddy Cool by Daddy Cool And the first concert was Skyhooks. Well there were 4 bands Finch, Mother Goose, Ol' 55 and Skyhooks. I was a 14 year from a small country town and had strict parents, the singer of Mother Goose was running around the crowd and I almost got decapitated by the mic lead and the guitarist was wearing a nappy, Ol 55 were simulating sex with a saxophone and Skyhooks had a giant penis on stage that shot out confetti when tickled.
My brain just went ppppphhhhfffffbbbbttttt and somehow got Happy Tree Friends from that.I read "Happy Tails"....
The best concert I ever attended so far was about 6 years ago at a medium-sized club called The Pageant here in St. Louis. We were right on top of the stage. I saw Exodus, System of a Down and Slayer for the first time. The crowd was the most relaxed, behaved and friendly I have ever experienced. That probably says a lot for the venue too.First album was Daddy Who Daddy Cool by Daddy Cool And the first concert was Skyhooks. Well there were 4 bands Finch, Mother Goose, Ol' 55 and Skyhooks. I was 14 from a small country town in Kansas City for the first time. I was with a group at a place called Worlds of Fun. A theme park. The Oak Ridge Boys were playing that afternoon and we all had good seats for the show. A country group with Gospel roots if you are not familiar with them. No simulated anything or giant phallic symbols.
They had some popular hits in their day.I youtubed The Oak Ridge Boys, I'd actually know some of their music I didn't recognise the name.
I would love to have seen the Guess Who from that time. BTO was the closest I have come.Pretty sure first album was Pisces, Aquarius and Jones, Ltd., by the Monkees. First concert was The Association and The Guess Who at the Illinois State Fair in the summer of 1968.
