Biden offered Putin 20% of Ukraine to end the war?

It's unconstitutional. It violates both the German and the Italian Constitutions.
Also because no NATO country has been attacked, Ukraine is not in the NATO.
So the pacta sunt servanda doesn't apply.

What part of "invading sovereign nations unprovoked = bad. Torturing, raping, and murdering children = bad" do you not understand?

I doubt you'd feel the same had you lived when the Ottomans came for Rome.
No, you'd be demanding people fight to the last man.

I can give an example of how the justice operates.
Let's say a man decides to break into his neighbor's house, and to rape her.
He rapes her all night. Then he stops and goes to the bathroom. The woman takes a knife from the kitchen and stabs him repeatedly. Killing him.

The police arrives and arrests the woman.

According to some, evidently, this woman is guilty of killing a man and what happened before she took the knife and stabbed the man, is irrelevant. So the woman is a murderer, and the man is the victim here.

Same as for Ukraine. What happened before Putin invaded, is irrelevant and unimportant to some.
Putin is the perpetrator. Period.

That's not how justice operates.

Yes, it is irrelevant and unimportant to many Putin apologists:

Crimea: Six years after illegal annexation

This is what happened before the invasion: aggression against Ukraine and annexation of their territory.
Because Crimeans and Donbas people were being persecuted by illegal militias and ignored / boycotted by Kiev's government. That's why they wanted the annexation to Russia.

How the heck does the United States President offer land from Ukraine? I could see if Ukraine's President offered the land, but something about this whole story smells fishy to me and we should be weary of all the fake news that is out there.

What did those mean Ukrainian civilians do to poor little Putin that they deserved to be tortured, raped, murdered, and tossed into mass graves?

Where does that say the following?

I have the Italian sources which attest that. And Maria Zakharova said that in an interview.
I chose to believe her.
I find her more credible than Zelenski and his kind.

Of course, the only way to ascertain the truth is through an International Trial.
Let a Court ascertain the truth.

Since I don't know Italian, I also can't verify whether your Italian sources are simply unreliable ones repeating pro-Putin propaganda. If this is such clear and well-documented evidence, it should be possible to find in reputable English-language sources too considering that it deals with a matter of international politics, not some obscure domestic issue.

Joe Biden Offered Vladimir Putin 20 Percent of Ukraine to End War: Report

My first thought, if true, was this is supposed to be Ukraines's decision. Not a foreign country like the US to make that decision. .
To quote from the article, which is giving credence to 'reports' that the US and Russia have been having meetings on the subject...

"A CIA official told Newsweek that claims in the report from Swiss-German newspaper Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ) that Burns took a secret trip to Moscow in January and that there was a peace proposal put forward by the director on behalf of the White House were "completely false."

The question is, who benefits from manufacturing and circulating a story as preposterous as this?

HMMMMMMM:eek::oops::rolleyes:

They say it was offered by the director of the CIA Burns, as a proposal.

It's reported its been rejected , but anything can happen next. Especially with the arrival of Abrams tanks in a few months.

If it's true, I applaud the American intelligence.
Finally a step to make this war terminate. I hope Putin accepts and withdraws immediately.
And America/NATO should stick to their given promisse to Russia way back to not move one inch further towards Russia.

This was one of the major reasons Putin started the war, I heard him say.

IF promisses are not kept then actions are bound to follow. I totally "hate" war, so NATO and America better stick to promisses made in the future, to at least avoid wars that could have been maybe avoided (and when America and NATO give respect to made promisses to Russia then Russia will be more likely be respectful in return...though "best of friends" won't happen any time soon now probably)

That's just one side of the argument.
