Biden Thinks Climate Change More Threating Than Nuclear War

Appears someone is whispering in Joe's ear again since he said "If we don’t stay under 1.5 degrees Celsius, we’re going to have a real problem. It’s the single-most existential threat to humanity we’ve ever faced, including nuclear weapons," Biden said. "And so we have a real big problem."
Now the last time I read anything about the use of nuclear weapons in a global war seems the aftermath of a all out nuclear war is pretty devestaing. Yes we could recover in 10 or 15 years from such an event maybe, but what would be left of the human race. We know that science is eventually going to solve the problems that humans may or may not (depending on your beliefs) be causing. But eventually new technology will be forthcomming. Now if there was total nuclear war I don't think we could recover in my opinion. So if a leader of a country thinks nuclear weapons are not threating armageddon?????
However if we go back to Oct of 2022 Biden said ""I don’t think there is any such a thing as the ability to easily use a tactical weapon and not end up with Armageddon"
So, I guess comes down to who plugs the USB drive into Biden.

Biden doesn't even know the time of day it is or where he's wandering off to half the time.

His puppet masters who pulls his strings however....

Yeah, because it is. Everyone loves threatening Nuclear War and imagining Screaming Fiery Death for All. Meanwhile our weather is becoming more erratic and extreme as we careen towards the point of no return.

It's moronically pants-on-head stupid to continue to let the house burn down, and counter putting out the fires with a bunch of imagined fears or problems that can be solved simultaneously to the climate. ****.

He's right. Climate change is actually happening. If we don't control it, it will kill millions. It is already causing billions of dollarsworth of damage every year, as its various effects unfold. One of those future effects is the likelihood of wars, caused by population migration and competition for resources.

Nuclear war has the potential to do something similar. However we have political deterrents that for 70 years have been successful at preventing it breaking out. So we are managing that risk. For climate change, we are not managing it - and it is happening already.

Climate change might mean that most of america gets covered in water again, and the dinosaurs re-evolve, and the mammals go back to being tiny. Just imagine all of america as a giant swamp, with multi-ton reptilian carnivores walking around it

Anyone who has given sufficient study to earth history - especially alongside human history taught with a focus on how all human history is determined by environment - will be well aware of the truth of this statement. In fact, the danger nuclear war poses is because of how it would change climate and the environment.

I wish some people would be guided by the science, not the politics. Climate change is very much real, and if we're smart, we'll recognize that and try to do our best to deal with it.

A large part of the overall erratic behavior we're more and more experiencing is being caused by a gradual global warming, but it must be understood that this does not affect all regions of the world in exactly the same manner. With this warming, jet streams tend to be less symmetrical and look more like a snake on LSD, thus bring very often very unusual weather conditions in many areas. At this point in the year, the northern jet stream usually smooths out more than in the spring or fall, but that's not what's been happening in recent years.

Obviously, there are other factors impacting weather patterns, so there's "more to the story".
