Is taking part in voting an order?

What is this? What is election?
How it is reflected in Constitution: it is right to vote, order to vote, obligation to vote?

There's no order, mandate or obligation. It's a negative right or a right of the people. Rather a person utilizes this right or not is up to them.

It's a duty as a citizen. With rights come responsibilities. If people ignore responsibilities, institutions and nations collapse.

So any sick thing Trump would do, I am to blame for voting for him?

"Blame" is too loaded of a term. A better way to look at it is to consider yourself at least somewhat responsible for the consequences of helping elect any official you voted for. This is why it is important to pay attention to how your representatives are acting and what they are doing. If they are not acting and doing in ways you agree with, you can fire them by not voting for them again (among other things, like lobbying, writing letters, joining opposing groups, etc.).

I like our system, but always wanted to tweak it by having an 'I abstain from voting' box in the slip.

I want the turning up/submission thing to be mandatory to get a better pulse of the voting populace. I want to remove the temptation for people to just vote for 'whoever' or to put in a donkey vote for the exact same reason.

I mean you could always just enter an empty ballot

Yep. And I have (only once, as normally I invest some time and effort into voting).

However, technically now you are supposed to attempt to put in a valid vote. I'd prefer if it was mandatory to show up, but they said to people 'Hey, so if you don't want to put in a vote, just rock the abstain box...or just put in a blank slip.'

But you won't hear that message, because technically you're not supposed to. If course it's secret ballot, so there's no way to stop it...but candidates want their name first on the ballot for a reason.

It's not a massive impact (although I've heard it estimated at upto 2%, although that seems unjustified) but it is an effect, especially on a seat by seat basis (as the impact will depend on preference order, to a degree).

I think I’ve done it a couple of times as a way too hungover teenager lol

Yeah they do like their name going first lol
I remember once there was a teen in front of me. She got handed the ballot for I think parliament overall, I forget what it’s called now. But that big white sheet that’s like 2 feet long lol
She exclaimed, bloody hell. Just how many of these ******** are there!?
