Should every poll come with the choices of "don't know" and "don't care"?

Well before I can answer your question, you will need to define "know" and "care".

After that I will ignore your definitions and interpret them in the most antagonistic manner possible anyway.

I will also insist you poll is "impossible to answer" and give you a derisive "optimistic" rating.

No.

There also shouldn't be any option for "other." Instead your options should look more like this:

  • Yes
  • No
  • I refuse to engage with the question
