What kind of candy bars do you like?

Dark chocolate -- at least 75%. Add some caramel and sea salt, or bitter orange rind, or maybe a combo of vanilla and chilli peppers.

Other than that, never buy the usual chocolate junk.

It takes a while to get used to the bitterness though. Healthy stuff in small doses though, so worth getting used to, IMO.

My disappointment with candy was a Hershey bar, when I was a kid you would see them in old movies,a friend was in New York and asked if I wanted her to bring back something,I asked for the NY Times and a Hershey bar,NY Times was good but couldn’t eat all the Hershey bar.

I like buying random dark chocolate bars at grocery stores. Ones I’ve never seen before. I’ll eat a square or two after dinner.

Candy with nuts replaces sugary goo with healthy food. Good thinking.
I do love the cherry cordials you can find in abundance this time of year (at least in America). I don't know or get the holiday connection, but for whatever reason you can find them in more than one or two stores this time of year.

I don't remember which one makes it where, but in America and Europe KitKats are different as they're made by different companies. I've heard the Euro one is better. The one here isn't one of my favorites, but it's not bad.

The difference is chocolate that’s why I was disappointed with Hershey bars.

They are not Danish, I thought you could get them almost everywhere. But maybe they are only sold in Europe :D

Bounty is made by Mars, which is a US company so strange you don't have that there.

Lion bar is made by Nestle.

Kex is Swedish, but might only be sold in Scandinavia.

For some reason, Twix used to be called a Raider in Denmark, but was then renamed to Twix :D
Maybe the reason I don't know about them is because I am not into candy, not usually...
but I am nuts for PayDays, and not because I need any money. :D
