Baha'i and oneness of god

Introduction:

The fundamental difference is:
1. I am saying that there are two gods: Jesus Christ, and satan.
2. The Baha'i says that there is only one god. To cite from "Hotel California": "And in the master's chambers. They gathered for the feast · They stab it with their steely knives. But they just can't kill the beast."

So, the temple of Baha'i looks very pleasant to the eye. Why? Love (Jesus) and hate (satan) could be a "beautiful and exciting combination".

Impossible wonder is possible through a wonder. Hence, the wonders do happen time after time. World became complicated, with multiple layers of complexity. But people are still very simple.
Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
John 14:30.

The satan is powered by the sins of the humankind. More sins - more strength of satan. The satan cannot be executed without the executions of all his followers (sinners). Why? The satan is spirit. The spirit of a thing is notion, definition of this thing. Hence, the satan is sin and sin is satan.

For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,)
1 Corinthians 8:5. I am monotheist because I have driven satan out of my heart.
One comment I give is, in Bahai Scriptures,
The verse: "Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me."
John 14:30.

The Prince of world, is an allusion to a future Manifestation of God, (Baha'u'llah), and has nothing in Me, means, He is independent of Jesus. Meaning He is a new and independent Manifestation of God, with an independent Revelation.
Christians understand this verse, referring to Satan.

Spirit of Light

Be who ever you want
You are mighty fighter of Baha'i. It has reminded me of:
"Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the LORD God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say," Genesis 3:1.
I have my faith in the baha'i teaching yes.
I don't mind other people believing differently than I do.

But i have desided to not answer critique like i used to do before.

I thought it (the Baha'i faith) was more about oneness of humanity than oneness of God, but I'm probably wrong.
Only a Seeker ;)

2. The Baha'i says that there is only one god. All theistic religions are trying to solve problem of satan. He is hatred, latter separates good people. To cite from "Hotel California": "And in the master's chambers. They gathered for the feast · They stab it with their steely knives. But they just can't kill the beast."

By their fruits yea shall know them.

Satan was delusional. He really thought that the rule of God the Father could be overthrown. The greatest lie of Satan is the idea that he could ever be a God. There is only one God and many paths.

Satan is a god because people listen to him and believe him and do what he wants.

Then we could consider it is us that have the capacity to make of ourselves our own God's.

Yet religious scriptures tell us of One God.

There are 3 major veils between us and God.

One is the promise of heaven,
One is the promise of hell, and
The other is the veils of Names.

Of course not, you were a Christian weren't you. You should know.

I have a will and you have a will and billions of people have their own will and Jesus' will as a human was not to be tortured to death.
Looking at it from another angle however there is what God wants us to do and what God does not want us to do. 2 paths in every situation if we know what God wants us to do.

Jesus said not my will but the Will of the Father be done.

There is a story that indicates to us that we as humans have the power over good and evil with our choices.

Matthew 4:1-11
At that time Jesus was led by the Spirit into the desert to be tempted by the devil. He fasted for forty days and forty nights and afterwards was hungry. The tempter approached and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command that these stones become loaves of bread.

This is a metephor for the battle we face daily from our own selves. We have the divine capacity to embrace the Spirit that was Jesus the Christ, the Spirit that lead Jesus to the desert. Fighting against that spirit is our own human nature, the Tempter, taking us away from the divine capacity.

So as a human we have that choice, we can be the good, or we are the evil.

World became complicated, with multiple layers of complexity. But people are still very simple.

I will add to those layers of complexity.

John 14:30 has been incorrectly attributed to Satan, a non existing entity that only describes the lower nature of man.

Interestingly, this was offered about John 14:30 by Abdul'baha.

"Thou didst ask as to chapter 14, verse 30 of the Gospel of John, where the Lord Christ saith, ’Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the Prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in Me.’ The Prince of this world is the Blessed Beauty [Baha’u’llah]; and ’hath nothing in Me’ signifieth: after Me all will draw grace from Me, but He is independent of Me, and will draw no grace from Me. That is, He is rich beyond any grace of Mine." – Abdu’l-Baha, Selections From the Writings of Abdu’l-Baha, p. 171.

I assume that can become an interesting subject.

I thought it (the Baha'i faith) was more about oneness of humanity than oneness of God, but I'm probably wrong.

It is all about oneness.

It revolves around the One God with many names. The Names become one the barriers.

Bahá’u’lláh states that there are three barriers between man and God. He exhorts the believers to pass beyond these so that they may attain His Presence. The first barrier is attachment to the things of this world, the second is attachment to the rewards of the next world, and the third is attachment to the Kingdom of Names.
