I have both high mileage and low wear. Guess I won the good genes lottery or something. 64 years old, still got all my original parts not counting some tooth fillings. Treat your body like a temple, not a tent. Our bodies are only on loan from our Creator.

Creator has nothing it do with my body. Just my souls. Which are intact and working optimally.

My body, courtesy of the Goddess Nature. Gave me a **** hand. *Shrug*

Also, most of my issues are military induced, or stress induced (also related). So,.I'm just fine with my socialized medicine.

I used to work with a Marine when I was at a gas station. He was a very proud Marine and also a pretty good guy (even though he had a short fuse and nasty temper). He also worked harder than a pack of mules and roughed through the pains that got him discharged (he'd a been in for his life otherwise).
I still miss working with and was saddened when he died.

I wouldn't go so far for me...I'm only 47. But my teeth are all mine and filling free, and I've avoided any surgeries.

The injuries I referred to are all sports related, particularly basketball. Rubbish ankles because of it. And anyone who plays Aussie Rules is gonna come out the other end with some residual damage.
