What if you could see and communicate with the deceased?

Sgt. Pepper

All you need is love.
I'm sorry to hear that.

To be honest, I understand the sentiment expressed because for all the years I thought I was crazy since I could see ghosts and talk to them. Admittedly, the most crucial turning point for me fully accepting my abilities was watching the Ghost Adventures documentary when it aired on television back in July 2007. I'm not kidding. It inspired me to not only stop trying to suppress my abilities, but also to start purchasing some ghost hunting equipment and begin to investigate haunted locations and researching the paranormal myself.

I've been a fan of Ghost Adventures ever since. Now, almost 15 years later, I'm a seasoned paranormal investigator with a very nice collection of ghost hunting equipment. I travel in-state and out-of-state to investigate haunted locations. I also use my abilities when I investigate haunted locations, and I've used my abilities to help other people when I feel like they're open to hearing what I have to say. But more often than not, I don't even mention what I can do when other people are around me while I'm investigating a haunted location. I can feel what other people are feeling when I'm around them, so I can sense if they're open to listening to me or not.

First, I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself to those who aren't familiar with who I am. I'm Sgt. Pepper, and I'm a firm believer in the paranormal: first as a medium and sensitive, second as a paranormal researcher and investigator, and third as an eyewitness to poltergeist activity and other paranormal phenomena. Secondly, I'd like to explain the purpose of my thread and set some ground rules for participating in it. The primary goal of my thread is to start a conversation with others about how they would respond if they had the ability to see the dead, interact with the dead, and sense their presence. I know that there are people who are skeptical and don't believe that ghosts and other paranormal phenomena are real, and there are people of faith who don't believe because of their religious beliefs. But, for the purpose of my thread, I would like to set aside these factors and any other factors for disbelief.

I'm asking the skeptics to have an open mind to the possibility of interacting with the dead.

Now the ground rules: I want to be clear that the purpose of my thread is not to debate whether the paranormal is real or not, and to fervently argue with me and others about it. My thread isn't for soapbox preaching either. It isn't a platform for Christians (and other Abrahamic theists) to claim that believing in the existence of earthbound human spirits (a.k.a. ghosts) is against what's taught in the Bible or in some other holy book or to insist that these spirits are demonic. The atmosphere of my thread is meant to be lighthearted.

I repeat, my thread isn't a debate thread or a preaching soapbox. Also, ridiculing members who don't share the same beliefs as you do isn't allowed on Religious Forums. Thank you, in advance, for your understanding and cooperation. I appreciate it.

And now, with that all said and done, How would you react to being able to see and communicate with the dead?
I'd (a) be extremely surprised and (b) have endless questions, till I understood the nature of my perception, its authenticity, and (given that authenticity) how what I was perceiving worked and hung together.

First of all I would state they are not dead.

They physically owned a life biology existing recorded image and voice.

By the portion whole life sacrificed we no longer own whole original bio life. Part of it is used to record living life.

Once memory says we did not age. We lived longer.

Human machines AI heavens caused carbon effect loss of living microbes. Recording. Of microbiology oxygenation we lived with and using in bio life. Water health.

So it was burnt but saved and living replaced formed a separated recorded life as living memory. Not dead memory as there isn't memory in death.

Left recorded as it's own state....when we biological die.

Incidences proved it. Friends and a medium whose baby died. Over time the baby memory recorded life changed into an adult image. Revisited. As it emerged.

Not for everyone just by heavenly owned not human controlled circumstances of heating cooling effects. How why we can see humans in a past life recorded.

Is what I learnt how a living psychic could give such intricate life lived details of our living biology now deceased.

I've seen it. Science says a part of science in a human life is to observe first as correct only position. Natural observation only.

AI human transmitted causes in heavens is proven already. So it's not fake. Science already proved it real causes. It isn't a medical condition unless you designer man needs to seek it for yourself.

To be honest, I understand the sentiment expressed because for all the years I thought I was crazy since I could see ghosts and talk to them.

So could William Blake and Carl Jung, if I recall correctly, although neither of them were considered insane.

I wish there were more studies done on people who are not psychotic, but see dead people from a young age.

That said, this does not mean that I don't think they're hallucinating, but psychosis refers to a lot more than just hallucinations. In my opinion, they're an odd example of hallucinations in the sane, which are more common than I think most people realize.

Further study could possibly demonstrate that they really are seeing the spirits of the deceased, but I find this unlikely due to how such a discovery would contradict the foundations of numerous fields of science and potentially rewrite the laws of physics entirely. I don't think it's completely impossible, though, merely unlikely.

I suppose my point is that one shouldn't consider themselves mentally unwell just because they think they see ghosts. Even if seeing ghosts is a rare phenomenon, it is not an unheard of or undocumented one, and it features prominently in many well-studied belief systems.

I wish the phenomenon wasn't so quickly discounted as psychosis, though, because there are so many other (and more common) reasons why some people might be more prone to ghost sightings than others, as there is a variety of different phenomena that often get lumped into the category of "spirit activity."

I actually think that's clever, but there will still be some skeptics in the scientific community even if that were to happen. I don't know why, but your post reminded me of the time I traveled to Ellerbe, North Carolina in the hopes that I would be able to communicate with André the Giant at his former ranch or at the local museum (The Rankin Museum of American Heritage) that has an exhibit in his honor, or at both locations. But my hopes to contact André were dashed because the current owner of the ranch couldn't be reached to ask permission to go onto the property; I wasn't able to get into contact with André's friend who had lived with him on the ranch; and there was no sign of him at the museum either. However, the docent who was working at the museum when I arrived was rather enthusiastic about the prospect of me conducting an investigation while I was there. He even tried to call the ranches' current owner and André's friend to set up a time when I could meet them and talk to them, but neither one was available while I was in town. I was a bit bummed that my initial plans fell through, but I enjoyed talking to the spirits who were there and investigating the museum.

Men with machines today use the bible and think. Infer to evil teachings told to never cause again.

As men with machines before burnt earths heavens where humans recooled living imaged holy recordings had already knowingly existed. God status ice saviour causes.

They theory I know how and why the image is in heavens as satanic scientists. Just humans too.

Then cooling makes the records disappear naturally. Why we lose contact or even can't contact the records of whom we want. Deceased life.

The whole time we naturally own our own life recordings too so share communicative advices.

How a psychic supposedly mind reads but aren't actually as it's life recorded.

A human stated I'm gifted has biologically in life Inheritance been sacrificed. Already. Most in human womb or as babies. DNA changed.

How I learnt. I owned a virtual adult memory right from a baby. As heavens imaged life inherited adult bio protection. During nuclear experiments. Other psychics grow into obtained adult memory.

What makes a psychic different.

As men with machines already were using the evil....the machines to convert earth mass. Fact to mass.... which is not bible stated. It was civilisation status only. Dug up changed converted by masses. Not accounted by fact.

So it's not in the bible. Converted mass gone. Or how much of earth was removed by just humans. Data fact and mass.

You ignore being taught about phenomena and warned. Men already knew. It's why new machines used image voice recorded in heavens itself. Taught by old man's science causes.

Men think about it then say I want that cause now for a resource. Another thesis beyond transmitted technology.

Yet bible theist scientists liken it's advice to new modern earth reasons. Why earth already owned a secondary reaction that only natural earth mass sealed supporting bio life once not owned.

Position cooled chemical of earth human aware of chemistry. No stone. Lots of old mass burnt removed water carbon gone already..... Human study using a very small amount of stretched water and a microbe. False information.

As rock is sealed by water mass that had already burnt out carbonised a huge body of living microbe death that equals a humans bio death. In the stones position. Dead human said the legal review.

As everyday they destroyed part human bio designer life body who built machine mass in a heated attack of man plus machine death. By reactive extra mass taking the real numbers first place as conversions.

Only ice was keeping machine mass cooled again as it kept bio life living told. Ice now melts. Same past reason why. Just barely surviving life.

Which manifests total a man alien image destroyed life bio as man designer plus machine mass portion he tries to destroy. Man plus machine.

He named it sun time shift of cold metals into hot metals. AI machine effect. Knew. Position the sun..not earth.

So ice melts too the reason saviour body puts back human living images so you won't burn up. Of a long time deceased human just carbon by skeletal breakdown.

We see ancient humans emerge until ice removes it by water mass.

As ice not water mass existed in the ancient past first.

Men theory first as a false no life exist ING making us in their theory all deceased. They expect in thesis to obtain direct a string visionary line to their thesis. As over time the outcome seen first emerged caused.

So it's never instant death...we begin to see dead humans from past human life cooled re emerge. As imaged visions that disappear cooled ...
A warning sign.

As the first human scientist owner all theorem used today by just human life is a long time dead.

Compared to a removing sun mass light owning metal light is no sun just Hot space.

So phenomena images begin and appears in the sun proving scientists by study say it looks like human images are in the burning sun.

As other evidence that just living humans as scientists on earth are trying to destroy bio life.

So we start seeing dead humans wearing clothing costumes once recorded in lived life....they no longer owned a living recording as we do now. Whose image would have once completely disappeared.

Physical biology back in time decomposition is the proof. No human came from a place earth mass dead. But it was already caused by human scientists.

If evolution of a natural atmosphere cooling was allowed. No image just perfect health with no bio aging would be expressed. Already known it was going to return health life if the no science promise was upheld.

Phenomena would have disappeared.

What phenomena was known as by scientists as just humans themselves.

Not any type of mental health disturbance just loss of natural human bio life presence seen disappearing.

As life should be sacrificed is taught by scientists as it's how you get saved as a God term...just an image.

Re emerged spirit by amount carbon mass not in water anymore as Rock sealed. As earth hadn't been resealed since beginning of technology. So evil humans emerge as it's not really human by record.

After ice age. First human no science.

Sealing by ice remassing melt flooding everywhere on earth was healing the problem of earths emerging unnatural phenomena. Caused by its human plus machine controlled by human thoughts consciousness...designer.

We knew our science brother conjured it.

Already taught as a humans satanic advice.

Medical brain mind chemical disturbance is direct biologies inheritance. It can only occur to the living medical seeing we aren't the dead.

As science knew they caused it they now claim it science. It was phenomena not science.

Why scientists prove it is scientists who understand it and are re causing it.

So they try to convince us that it's humans mental health lying. To hear abnormally means it's recorded then transmitted as you can't pretend you're hearing voice or seeing images.

Yes, there is a bit of a negative stigma attached to this phenomenon, but I think it's becoming more openly accepted in mainstream society than it used to be, and if you read my older post here, you will see why I think that's true. Thanks for your kind replies.

My wife watches 'Ghost Adventures' and it's amusing because she as a medium can see the ghosts, even hear them. So while the crew's blundering around, she knows what's transpiring. Besides that, she has her own personal spook... familiar... guide, whatever-you-call-it, (demon maybe, omfg!) who often whispers advice in her ear. My experiences and interactions differ somewhat Seeing beyond (for want of a better term) for me has been a lot of hard work and remains so. fwiw, we pursue goodness, or, we work against evils.

But "crazy," well yeah - as a previous post in this thread says, 'see a therapist,' meaning that this stuff is kooky. For wifey and I, it's 2nd nature not to talk about these things with outsiders. Tempting though it is to help someone with useful advice; avert them from trouble, even from death, we do not. And don't think we haven't tried to help. There are exceptions, but they're rare. Then, what's the point of all this spooky-kooky?

It's the fabled, 'beyond' about which many intriguing tales have been told.

I never told anyone about my abilities while I was growing up. My husband was the first person I ever told, and I didn't tell him until after we were married. I was afraid to tell him because I didn't want him to think I was crazy and we were both Christians at the time. I'm not a Christian anymore, but he still is. Fortunately for me, and a credit to his good character, he believed me when I told him. He has always given me unconditional love and support. I decided to share my gift because I want to confront the negative stigma of it and I don't want to give other people the power to control me by shaming me into rejecting my abilities or shaming me into silence.

What would I do ? I would stay as far away as possible because what I believe these spirits to be are demons without bodies who want to take over yours.
How would I react and have reacted when I encountered them? I expelled them in the name of Jesus Christ.

My wifey was similarly quiet; staying away from talk of other worlds. Until her late teens anyway, and her sister's husband teased her about spooks, but later that same night at the foot of his bed appeared a monk wagging his finger, as if saying, 'naughty, naughty' at the sister's husband, who scarpered from the house in his pajamas.

It's excellent you have a spouse of good character who's supportive, and certainly that's what most of us need, certainly myself. We as a couple don't bother trying discuss these subjects with others, but people like to be listened to and agreed with, so that's mainly what we do. Yet we don't disparage those of religions, who are faithful to their beliefs, even if we consider them naive. Anyway there's lots to discuss since we're all learning, and learn we always will. I just learned that a cooker that's not level will heat one side of a pan more than the other. A small detail and one that should be obvious, but it never occurred to me before. A safe subject though. Our Christian friend up the road says she talks to God on a regular basis, and it's safer than saying she talks to ghosts, considering the Christian community around her, so yep, it's good ol' God. Whatever it is that talks, the advice may be day-to-day unremarkable, but she's happy.

God, ghosts, the dead, demons, or some version of insanity not yet fully diagnosed, as the sciences would have it...? Only the ancients appear to have made definite distinctions. Knowledge seemingly obvious to them, but not to us, their sorry descendants. Today, distinctions are sadly mish-mashes of opinions. Usually, opinions of opinions of opinions. I have my opinion and who cares a toss - anyone? Na. But wait! My opinions are from personal experiences. Impressive? No, of course not. And that's where we're at in this wonderful world of today. Hence, above I stated that 'people like to be listened to and agreed with.' Unusual is someone who doesn't like to be listened to and agreed with, and that keeps the little world of ours safe from the big, bad world beyond. That place I guess would be here :p

First thank you for sharing this with us.

It sounds a little scary but I think I would be glad to know that my dead relatives are still there and that there really is life after death. I worry a lot about this things. With every funeral more and more. Recently my grandmother has passed away...

I have a little more time to respond to your post now, and I wanted to express my condolences on the loss of your loved ones. I'd also like to offer you some solace by saying that I don't believe we should be afraid of death because it's simply a doorway into the spirit realm. I believe that our spirit lives on, so to speak, after our physical death. I'm confident that this is true because I've communicated with and interacted with many human spirits, and I've encouraged a few to cross over to the other side. And lastly, if you ever want to talk further about this topic or if you have any questions, my inbox is always open. Thank you for your thoughtful reply to my OP.

Personally, I hope there is some peaceful existence awaiting us after death. I don't believe in such, but I would love to be proven wrong either now or after death. Many people don't believe in an afterlife or the paranormal not because we don't it to be true but merely because we see no convincing evidence for any of it.

I believe many self-proclaimed mediums do genuinely believe that they experience the paranormal or spiritual, so I don't consider those liars. It's just that, as I said above, I have no compelling reason to believe what they describe is necessarily paranormal or related to communication with the dead. In my opinion, there are dozens of more likely explanations we can consider and attribute to the human brain or other known natural phenomena before concluding the experiences are related to anything of the sort.

I would welcome the opportunity to witness a self-proclaimed medium at work if they agreed to let me be present during their sessions. I would have to be sure I would be safe and that they weren't a dangerous person, but since most probably wouldn't be, I doubt that would be an issue. I don't have access to such an opportunity where I live, though. My country has a lot more "magicians" and "exorcists" than "mediums."
Humans don't own the peaceful place after. Their eternal self is first and not ever was it a human. Eternal is owned without communicating to a human as a human.

This spirit position is where the adult body of a human was released from. To live then die as a human life.

Proven as it's human sex a baby human we've all been born as. We leave life via the part of living life we don't own anymore as biology. The saved recorded water oxygenated bio life. In heavens sacrificed.

So we leave life in a very lovely experience.

Then just exist as the eternal being the unconditional love of our consciousness.

Why a human is only advised and chooses to be loving or not. As we can express either value.

I've heard baby human deaths biological baby returns to visit as an adult exactly because of that reason.

I nearly died as a baby yet own memories as if an adult female was assessing my baby self suffering.

I know if you really want to know you would apply all terms of the research yourself. Not relying on anyone else. And subject yourself to its truth if you really wanted to know. It's what I did.

Honestly this doesn't compute with me or my faith. But, taking your hypothetical question, I will speak to dead people and ask therm to truthfully tell me what I could have done better for them.

My main objective as a medium is to help the spirits I interact with. I'll talk to them, listen to them, console them, and encourage them to cross over to the other side. That's what I attempt to do when I'm communicating with a human spirit that is in distress. As I was explaining to a friend, it's commonly accepted in the paranormal field that some spirits don't realize that they've died if their death was sudden and unexpected, such as if they had a sudden heart attack or if they died instantly in an accident (car accident or a freak accident). I know from my interactions with spirits that some are confused and upset because they don't understand what's going on, and my experience with these spirits was validated by other seasoned paranormal investigators who aren't mediums. Other seasoned paranormal investigators have shared their audio recordings with me of spirits asking if they're dead and saying they are confused.

The audio recording of a spirit voice is called an EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena). Basically, an EVP is an audio recording of a human spirit talking to and interacting with a living person through an EVP recorder or a digital recorder. If a spirit answers questions directly and intelligently, then that's called a Class-A EVP. An EVP is categorized as a Class-A EVP when it's heard by every living person in the same area, whether it's a disembodied voice or the spirit is heard through an EVP recorder, a digital recorder, or a spirit box. A spirit box (also called a ghost box), is a handheld device that utilizes radio frequencies and white noise to create a way for the dead to talk to the living in real time. Using a spirit box to talk to a spirit is like talking to a living person on a walkie-talkie. It's commonly believed among paranormal investigators that spirits can manipulate radio frequencies and white noise in order to speak with the living, such as answering questions or relaying messages. I use a spirit box if there are other people around when I'm investigating a location.
