And that, too.It should be noted that a poltergeist isn't necessarily a human spirit or a non-human entity.
And that. The second theory is that poltergeist activity originates from an unknown metaphysical energy associated with a living person who is experiencing extreme stress in their life, or it could be an unknown metaphysical energy that is directly connected to a specific location
Typically, what is referred to as a poltergeist is a negative. That doesn't always mean "bad" or "evil". It is generally a restless spirit. One that doesn't know to or want to go back into the earth and re-enter the void. It could just be scared or confused or even may have discovered they are in an advantageous situation and want to play around with some home owners. Why the hell not? I would play/mess with the living if I could.
In my opinion they're bad. It's just a question of how bad. Some are worse than others. Are all poltergeists bad?Or can some be good?

It should be noted that a poltergeist isn't necessarily a human spirit or a non-human entity.
There are a couple of commonly accepted theories among parapsychologists and paranormal investigators about what a poltergeist could be. The first theory is that a poltergeist could be a human spirit or a non-human entity that is responsible for the disturbances in a haunted location. The second theory is that poltergeist activity originates from a metaphysical energy associated with a living person who is experiencing extreme stress in their life, or it could be an unknown metaphysical energy that is connected to a location.
Based on my investigations and research into the paranormal, I agree with the first theory more than the second, but I don't dismiss the second theory as invalid because I haven't personally witnessed it. However, I have heard of a haunting from other paranormal investigators that was attributed to the second theory. I agree more with the first theory because I've witnessed poltergeist activity after asking spirits to interact with me when there was no other living person around to cause the activity I saw with my own eyes. As a believer in the paranormal, I'm open to both theories because the paranormal encompasses a vast range of unusual phenomena.
