True.......... My atoms are soon to be scattered all over, as will yours be. :)
Bothered? I was dead for countless billions and trillions of years and it was alright. It can be alright again.

Poor Isaiah...... he must have thought that his Lord waited for billions of years to put his kind here on this tiny little planet amidst the most enormous mass of galaxies........ now how's that for megalomania?

I think Isaiah was in the opinion that the Lord created the planet as well as the galaxies, to be a physical temple for the Spirit of God. In your case, the time is apparently coming for that Spirit to return to its home, and for you to once again to become the dust of the earth. In the meantime, you are in danger of having judgment meeting with you before you can cover yourself with earth. If you lived a life of debauchery, then a quick death, and the hope that there will not be a white thrown judgment, is the best you could hope for. On the other hand, there could possibly be no white thrown judgment, and you will simply live your life of sickness and pain until the end.

Fine, but just remember that you learned about Jesus through the process I mentioned as both the scriptures and teachings didn't create themselves. It was Jesus and the Apostles that started the Church, and it was that same Church that chose the canon in the 4th century of the scriptures that you probably rely on. Thus, without the Church, Jesus' message would have died or undoubtedly became seriously twisted.

Hi,
It's correct that the scripture didn't create themselves, they (claim) to be inspired by God.

My premise is that "because" of the chuch the message became seriously twisted.

I can see where your confusion comes from if Google is your source of understanding.
Confused? Hardly. I simply wanted you to see from an independent source that Jews do not regard Daniel as a prophet like Xians do.

As for the "Al Masih", are you now a Muslim as well? As for Genesis 32:24, apparently Jacob wrestled with a "man", apparently the son of man. I sense confusion coming from you, but do not know from whence it comes.
My confusion comes from not knowing where you come from. Are you Muslim? Jewish? Xian? How am I to know, since you don't have a religion label now do you??? Are you ashamed, or is it just ... complicated like my own beliefs? If *I* can find labels for my rather unique beliefs, you can too.

New American Standard Bible Genesis 32:24
Then Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him until daybreak.

Ok, finally you address the crux. A 'man'? No, let me explain....

Genesis 32:26
And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh

Do you know why he's so eager to leave, and forfeit the match he's cheated to win?
All angels must stand before the Throne of Glory every morning and sing songs of praise.

Genesis 32:28
And he said: 'Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel; for thou hast striven with G-d and with men, and hast prevailed.'

Angels are the agents of G-d. However, this is not just any angel. Do you want to know why?

My religion is to visit widows and orphans.

New American Standard Bible 1 James 1:27
Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.

Hey, I can read. The quote reads a "man".

Do you know why he's so eager to leave, and forfeit the match he's cheated to win?

I don't know about that. Your repressed book of Revelation speaks about angels singing, but I don't get your morning thing. Abraham ate with the angel of the LORD during daylight hours. As for God and the "morning", one day for God is a thousand days for man. What "morning" are you speaking about?

I wonder what Jesus would have thought of such mindsets...... I'm guessing 'not much'. :D

How, and can you be more specific? However, be careful not to go against interpretations as virtually all denominations and applications as all denominations and religions do that.

You really had me going there for a while. Such mastery of bovine fecal matter. Really, I stand in awe.

There was only two possibilities left, and now I know for sure. No label because no religion.

Yeshua's message was the "kingdom of God". The dogma of the Roman church, the whore of Babylon, according to the reformist, is that there is a purgatory. The message of the "kingdom of God" is that the "wicked" would be thrown into the furnace of fire (Matthew 13:49-50), at the "end of the age". You might have to go as far as read what Yeshua wrote to figure out what he would have "thought".

Yeshua was a Galilean Jew. His Kingdom of God was where the Jews lived.
Wakey wakey.

Nothing to do with Jesus.

Nothing to do with Jesus or what he wanted.
Get studying. :)

If you should dare read Ezekiel 36 & 37, you will find that Israel/Ephraim will be gathered from among the nations/Gentiles and combined with Judah (Jews) on the land given to Jacob, under the leadership of king David. That is the kingdom of God. For this to happen, first Judah and Jerusalem have to be "revived" (Joel 3:1-2), and then the nations have to be judged (Har-Magedon). That comes at the "end of the age", which is now. It took the first and second war to set it up, but Judah, the Jews, are now in Jerusalem, and we have but to wait for the nations/Gentiles to come against Jerusalem (Zechariah 14:1-2). The "kingdom" will include Ephraim and the northern 10 lost tribes, "the lost sheep of the house of Israel" of Matthew 10:6.

Hi,

Not sure which of my two comments you want me to be specific about.
Since volume of information are written about these matters I can only give you a short answer.

First comment I made:
"It's correct that the scripture didn't create themselves, they (claim) to be inspired by God."
Perhaps the claim of Paul at 1 Tim 3:16 might convey my premise on this subject.

Second comment:
"My premise is that "because" of the chuch the message became seriously twisted."
I can point to the many divisions, sects, opposing doctrines, policies, wars and dissunity amongst all teachings of men to support my comment.
To give a more specific answer would require a specific question on this enormous subject.

You see? These folks were God's children who became........ The Jews!
Jesus............ was Jewish!
Jesus's referenbces to God's Kingdom....... were about the lands of.......... The Jews!

It is true that we have no texts directly from them, largely we know them from the propaganda of
Irenaeus, but it's highly unlikely that greek invented the name. In fact, it's not entirely understood
if the name refers to a vow of poverty like the Essenes, or it refers to humility, as in Matthew 5:3

While it is used sometimes disparagingly, that is an error. The term actually is common shorthand.
"What does the abbreviation 'xian' mean? Is it an insult?"

As to why I use it, as I said I won't use Xian terminology unless absolutely necessary.
The reason is simple. Jews and Xians share the same terminology, but the meanings are
rarely the same. So imagine two people speaking languages with the same words BUT
all the words don't mean the same thing to those two people? Bedlam!

Almost any Xian word you can think of, has a different meaning for a Jew than an Xian.

Because it's insulting! 'New' has been associated with Replacement Theology. Here:
Supersessionism - Wikipedia

Yehoshua 'Joshua' has a similar meaning from the same roots. That would also be a problem,
but it's obviously not. Unless someone were to pray to either man as if they were a god. I don't.

It's very possible that we don't have the same understanding of the terms 'enemy/devil'.

As I've said many times on this forum, the best way to understand HaSatan is to read Job.
(No rebellious 'fallen angel' there, an obedient servant of G-d) HaSatan is our adversary, not G-d's.
Understand, that for Jews, there are no 'fallen angels'. NO revolt is in the Tanach. None.

Now, for the 'enemy' if you understand who Jacob is wrestling with in Genesis 32:24...
you will understand who the enemy is, who the 'antichrist' is. Xians will refuse to acknowledge.

(Edit: I won't see any reply to this post until Sunday, I'm Shomer Shabbat (Sabbath observant))
I don't know about you, but I do understand you when you metion 'replacement theology'
Christianity has reversed itself in to ANYTHING, ANYWHERE, ANYHOW if this will increase Christianity.
Nearly all the old churches in the UK were previously ancient meeting places for Celts, Druids, Pagans and more......
Christianity has reversed itself in to ancient pre-Xian cultures, feasts, ways and beliefs.
Christianity has cherry-picked from the Laws of Moses to suit its self-righteous hypocrisy whilst totally ignoring any that were not wanted..... this is how Christians can imagine themselves in to some kind of heaven whilst feasting on mammon, conquest, crimes and sins here.

Yep.

Well, the lands of the Jews, Judea, has been returned to the Jews, as well as Jerusalem (Joel 3:1). It took two world wars to pull that off, in which Caesar, the Kaiser of Germany, and the 3rd Roman empire (3 third Reich) were crushed. The "lost sheep of the tribe of Israel/Ephraim, have not been "gathered from the nations", for Yeshua only sent out "fishermen"(Matthew 10:6), and it is at the end of the age, in the period of Jacob's troubles, when the nations/Gentiles will be "destroyed", when "hunters" will be sent out to gather them in (Jeremiah 16:16 & 30:7-11). The term "Jews" comes from the tribe of Judah, and has included Levi and Benjamin since the time of Solomon. The name Israel was given to Jacob, then passed to Joseph, then passed to Ephraim, which includes the 10 lost northern tribes, which remain scattered among the nations (Ezekiel 36:24), and who have yet to be gathered to the land given to Jacob. (EZ 37:22-28)

The comments of a 1Tim 3:16 is about "Scripture"/holy writings read from childhood. That would exclude the NT, besides the fact that 1 Timothy is supposedly written by the self-ascribed apostle, the false prophet Paul.

Meh......... waffle, methinks.

Yeshua's closest followers were Fishermen and Taxmen. And he was a man, and he stood up with people like the Baptist against Temple and Priesthood corruption and hypocrisy.
And his campaign ended in Jerusalem after three days of trouble, ,mayhem and demonstrations in the Temple.

Quoting verses from the old testament to fit your theories is just manipulation.
Sorry..........

Yeshua sent out "fishers of men" (Jeremiah 16:16), and quoted verses from the "old testament". John the Baptist preached the "kingdom of heaven", in which you must repent and produce fruit in line with the repentance or be thrown into "the fire" (Matthew 3). Yeshua preached the same gospel. Your false gospel of grace comes from the false prophet Paul, who taught lawlessness, a practice Yeshua taught was a path the destruction (Matthew 7:13 & Matthew 13:41-42).
