Ask Sgt. Pepper anything

Sgt. Pepper

All you need is love.
I had initially thought about writing this OP with a bunch of Beatles' songs references, but I decided that was too much work. So, I'm keeping this simple... You ask me a question, and I'll answer it. I've never done anything like this before, so let's see what happens.

Why just the Beatles? Why not Black Sabbath or Air Supply? :D

It's mainly just The Beatles because I used to listen to their music while I was growing up in an abusive home, and their music comforted me. It was just The Monkees at first, but then I discovered The Beatles and the rest is history. They'll always have a special place in my heart.

Cool. Sabbath comforted me in a similar situation. When I could escape to the library or record store, that is.

Their music made me happy and like I could take on the monsters around me.

Focus on what makes you feel better. I can understand that.
But what about "Yellow Submarine" its just a feel good song regardless :)

My siblings were into Beatles, I was overloaded with them second hand. Like smoke.
Not the way to become a fan.

I was into Black Sabbath & Uriah Heep and such; Blue Oyster Cult, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Jethro Tull...

Are you a fan of any of those??

What really went on in Rishikesh, between Sexy Sadie (Mia Farrow) and the Maharishi?
And why wouldn't Prudence come out to play?

Sgt. Pepper

my standard first question in all such post is....

OK, what's your shoe size?

But since this is about the beetles as well..... I also want to know Ringo's shoe size too
