I think you're talking about something else now. You started off talking about trade agreements with countries outside the EU; now you're talking about domestic financial policy.

As the UK demonstrated, EU membership and using the Euro as your currency don't necessarily come as a package deal.

In Europe anything is intertwined.
Ask yourself why the Bank of England still owns a big slice of the ECB.

This Europe is a dystopian nightmare ruled by banking élites

I'm embarrased to say which country I'm from. I go to Scotland regularly, when they hear my accent, I have to say, "I voted Remain, I hate the Tories"

Hates a destructive emotion imo but let’s face it the tories have never been loveable, never in touch with the reality of what’s best for those who didn’t go to Eton.

That said there’s not much to be said for labour either,we have a shallow pool of real leadership,Blair’s knighthood is a not funny joke and starmer is way too quiet but it’s a new world and both are old hat,the world is changeing and we need to move on imo.

Good grief, I am no Labour devotee but criticising Blair's Knighthood is pathetic.
I think all knighthoods etc are archaic but when most Tory devotees have been knighted usually because they paid enough money.

btw I'm still awaiting your list of Brexit benefits from about 5-years ago

I doubt the families of those who died in the persuit of “weapons of mass destruction” would agree,he will always be known as “Blair the liar”.

I agree about knighthoods though, pushing a pen would never make a knight of someone and it’s lost it’s worth a long long time ago.

Theres only one thing in my list of benefits from 5 years ago,I don’t care what Von der layen says or macron aka Germany and france aka the EU,that is a benefit on its own.

The Tory party on mass voted for the war.
I hate Blair because of his lies, but he stopped a war in Northern Ireland.

So you still have no tangible benefits of Brexit

what would you accept as a benefit?

We could compare with outside of the eu of a person on a checkout in a grocery store,it’s comparable, low pay so for the lowest paid there never was a benefit of being in the EU,maybe for those who can afford a second home in France Italy or Spain it certainly was,I’d wager that’s the story throughout Europe.

Cheaper food and goods.
Easier travel in Europe
Friendly relations with our nearest neighbours
The Good Friday Agreement being maintained.
My country garners respect from other democratic countries.
Better treatment of asylum seekers
A passport of any colour I want ;)

Travel before the EU was easy with a passport and cheaper goods doesn’t mean better,in fact I can go to tescos even when we were in the eu and buy green beans from Africa cheaper than from the eu for example.

The glaring problem with the “freedom of movement” is the movement was always going to be one way, this is just one instance of how stupid the eu is,it really missed the boat in common sense and really ****ed up,all of the poor satellite countries needed investment and an infrastructure but the eu gave them free movement, the poor countries are still poor and are grateful for anything.

The good Friday agreement,it’s a prickly pear but I would like anything workable for all sides.

So can I have all of these?

If only there had been some alternative to Brexit, corruption, theft, fraud and lies....

some other way...that was intended for the many...not..the...few?

Ach well.

But only the banking elites we dislike, not the ones bankrolling conservatives and fascists!

All of them.
These elites get rid of the politicians who oppose them.
They got rid of Craxi.

Back to the topic, Brexit has been the miracle, the real first step to destroy their power.
They ignore they can do nothing against a people filled with rage
