Satan or satan, which is correct?

The Eastern Orthodox Church does not violate any laws of the country and language inspection by writing "satan", not "Satan" (latter one the "enlightened" Western world writes). Why? There is nothing in common between black and white. This is the essence of Aristotle's Logic: "Black is not White, White is not Black." And since we know that Jesus Christ is a historical Person, and He has nothing to do with an evil spirit, then the evil spirit is not a True Person. Therefore, satan is being written with small letter s in Russia, Ukraine, and Serbia.

The USA writes "Satan". It is expected because satanism was legalized in the USA. But Russian believers write "satan". In what ways can respect for evil affect a person? Defeat: "It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them." Revelation 13:7.

How I supposed to change the fallen world, if I can not change the size of one single letter?
I am not significant, because nobody trusts my logic. I am saved, but I can not help others.

Satan is a title not a name, so it should be capitalised depending on the context. When we talk of, for example, a king generally, it's a small k, but the King is capitalised.

So,

There have been many kings in France.

He is the King of France.

For all you claim to know and you don't know this? It's either depending on use. This is very basic stuff, a question very far below an self-described academic who frequently toots his own horn.
If you use it as the verb it's lower case. Using it as a proper noun it's capitalised. That's very basic grammar.

Satanism wasn't legalized in the USA. The USA believes in freedom of thought, including political beliefs and religion, like every civilized country in the modern world. It's not going to make a special exception for Satanism, whether to legalize or criminalize it.

By what I know, Jews for example write it “satan”. And I have understood the word means adversary or opponent. In this sense there can be many satans.

Satan - Wikipedia

One example of this is for example when Jesus seems to call Peter satan. One could think that maybe Peter was possessed by the devil that is usually called satan, but I think Jesus probably used it as word adversary.

But he, turning around, and seeing his disciples, rebuked Peter, and said, “Get behind me, Satan! For you have in mind not the things of God, but the things of men.”
Mark 8:33

I think when people mean this devil, the old serpent, they use capital letter so that people understand they are speaking of the main bad guy.

The great dragon was thrown down, the old serpent, he who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world. He was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, "Now is come the salvation, the power, and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ; for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them before our God day and night.
Revelation 12:9-10

since we know that Jesus Christ is a historical Person,

We don't know that, there is some evidence to support the existence of an historical Jesus.

1. He has nothing to do with an evil spirit,
2. then the evil spirit is not a True Person.
3. Therefore, satan is being written with small letter s in Russia, Ukraine, and Serbia.

Those are just bare assertions.

The USA writes "Satan". It is expected because satanism was legalized in the USA.

Wrong again, the US constitution guarantees its citizens freedom of religion, all of them are free to believe or not believe whatever they want, and the founding fathers were keen to protects people from the barbaric religious persecutions they'd seen in Europe. Thus any religious beliefs are matter of personal preference, and never needed to be legalised.

But Russian believers write "satan". In what ways can respect for evil affect a person? Defeat: "It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them." Revelation 13:7.

Ah yes, that bastion of human rights, under Putin. You can believe the earth is a massive turnip if it cheers you up, you can even say so out loud, but you don't get to tell others what they can believe, or disbelieve.

How I supposed to change the fallen world, if I can not change the size of one single letter?

The world is not yours to change, you seem to think your belief in a deity gives you some sort of authority or responsibility to tell others how to live, this is deluded.

I am not significant, because nobody trusts my logic. I am saved, but I can not help others.

Others have the right to decide for themselves, and I don't believe there is anything to be saved from, if that changes it will be my decision, based on objective evidence.

Spell it with a small s if it makes you happy, and move on.

I think what @questfortruth might have in mind is the granting of tax exempt status to the Satanic Temple. There is a news article from 2019 titled 'US Gov't Just Officially Recognized the Satanic Temple as a Religion.' Titles like that can make it sound like Satanism was legalized by the US government to anybody who is not familiar with the First Amendment of the US Constitution.
