The next morning, I am always excited to find tracks in last night's snow. To realize that so much was going on in the fields and woods while I slept, intrigues me.

When stealing cattle, it is best to put shoes on the beasts. It looks like the cows just disappeared and a large group of people walked out of field. Not that I condone cattle abduction.

Thinking on it, I have seen numerous tracks in the snow indicating a variety of different organisms.

The most common are people, dogs, housecats (not in a house) and rabbits. I have also seen deer, turkey, goose, chicken, cattle, horse and tire tracks in the snow.
