Yeah, in many other states, the mobs of thieves often operate out of comfortable offices while wearing suits. They also prefer to target tax money rather than parks.
I saw a guy litter once. That would be as relevant too.

The Solomon Islands currently have Riots where they burn and loot all the shops.

Many businesses have been lost, thus many jobs also lost.

The mentality of thieves are fed by godlessness.

So perhaps it's not about religion,
but rather honesty & ethics, eh.

That is what is meant by Godlessness, as God is honesty, all the ethics and virtues.

Yes, believers and non believers can share in godlessness.

I prefer to call honesty by the term "honesty".
It's clearer, more accurate, & doesn't reek of religiousity.
