Not in my opinion or experience.
I was part of an organization where I was not allowed to hold opinions, and had to wear a uniform that showed my organizational position (the US military).
But that didn't take away my individuality or diversity. In fact, it made me strengthen it. By having to show it in ways that weren't covered by uniform or lack of other choices.
Sameness and cohesiveness is not the same thing as brainwashing (what you call removing neurological diversity). A group being identified by a type of dress, doesn't negate our sameness, or our uniqueness.
The red car and the blue car had a race , if red wasn't a red car , on the race track there is no winner .
The armed forces require a difference in clothing but in reality the armed forces aren't required for war if the world can just make very simple agreements .
All countries can agree on a few things ,
1. All countries are a part of the earth
2. Earth is our home in the solar system
3. We do not want to destroy Earth because that destroys our future
4. All humans are equally born with an empty neurological refererence frame
5. All humans experience Neurological Simultaneity
6. All differences of opinion are relative
Peace dude , Salam dude , God just answered what is required for world peace and humanities survivial
