Can't pick just one. Prawns, crab, lobster, oysters, mussels, red emperor is my favourite type of fish but I've never meet one I wouldn't eat.

Indeed. It's very good in sunflower oil and with black pepper and vinegar.

Sometimes I think I'm the only person who finds salmon gross...

Can only get farmed salmon where I live and it's not the best. I've had wild caught salmon in the U.S. and it was lovely.

I don't find salmon gross but it is not my favourite. I usually fry mackerel in fillets, with some grains of coarse salt on the skin side. And a rocket and lemon juice salad on the side. I haven't tried vinegar. What sort of vinegar?

The French eat them with a gooseberry sauce. I've never tried it - but then gooseberries are so hard to find nowadays.

Just regular vinegar. And a side salad is best :)

What's regular vinegar? I mean, is it from white wine, red wine, sherry, cider or malt (spirit vinegar)? I've got all of these in the cupboard - plus some rice vinegar my son got for a Chinese dish he once made.
