How may people on here like the 2000's.Vs the 2020's?

Every year has its joys and its challenges. I like a little nostalgia (and at 73 I've a lot more to be nostalgic about than most here), and though I often think fondly of my school years, I wouldn't want to go back. Much better to continue to hope (and work) to make tomorrow a bit better than today -- for me and for as many as I can manage.

It's worth noting, as much as I'd pick 95 as a particularly good period in my life, I completely agree with what you're saying here.

Let me see, let me count on my fingers. Oops, I just flipped the bird, sorry...It seems I've been thirty nine for forty years? I hope we all have our best years in the future.

Its '98 for me.

Yeah the late 90s were an awesome period. Music was really good then. Used to listen to all the great trance, dance and party tracks that came out. Wrestling shows were mean and bad*** ... I got my first video game console not in the late 90s but in the early 00s. It was a Chinese rip off of Sony's playstation. Yes it was cheap. lol. But i su*ked at PC games. I remember playing NFS and i was crashing my car all over the place. There were no smartphones, no social media. Life was simple. I used to play in the dirt and cuddle with the stray dogs. I still miss those days. :(
