Could it be?

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
Is it possible that our universe was created by a God, but that the theory of evolution also is true?

Meaning, did God create this universe with purpose that it evolve as a evolution on its own?

We already have a universe. Now where's the God?
You would have to present a God first , otherwise the question isn't possible to answer.

Do you really expect theists to find God for you? How often do you find something you're not looking for?

You mean the Big Bang, the emergence of sub atomic particles, formation of stars and galaxies, black holes, dark matter and dark energy, the solar system, the emergence and evolution of life on earth, the laws and forces that govern it all...is it possible to see God in all of that? Well of course it is.

That the consciousness of great apes evolved to the point where we began trying to unravel the mysteries of the universe we are part of, is truly miraculous to some of us. Every atom in the brains of we who look at the stars, was once part of a star itself; what is that if not a miracle? Though I do accept others see things differently.

If it was not created or suddenly rose from nothing, how could there be a evolution in the first place
I mean that evolution is a theory about how the variation we see in live developed (and continues to develop)... and that's it. The theory of evolution doesn't say anything about the origins of the universe.

You may as well ask whether it's possible that the universe was created by a god but that, say, Ohm's Law is also true.

Maybe God is in the Ohm too ;)
