Apparently going down on a woman is a no-no in R-rated :(

Think Twice About Oral

As with copulation, it’s all about how long the scene lasts and how much is obscured. Harvey Weinstein successfully appealed the NC-17 given to Blue Valentine because of a scene in which Ryan Gosling’s character performs oral sex on Michelle Williams’. A very vocal Gosling accused the MPAA of misogyny, saying there are countless R-rated movies in which a male character receives oral sex."

That's dumb... going down on a woman is the best ever! Why censor it ?

Edit: very puritan focused. Let it all bare.

It's a bit serious for this thread, but on that subject (rating, not oral sex) I recommend This Film Is Not Yet Rated, a movie about the MPAA and its shenanigans - which do often boil down to homophobia, sexism, and favoritism for big Hollywood movies. (The movie itself remained unrated for years and so couldn't be shown in US theatres. Looking at its IMDB entry, it looks like it eventually received an NC17 rating.)
