Before God created physical life God first created spirit angelic life.
God being The Creator in a sense was expanding His creation business.
God creates out of Love. Love for created angelic life, then love for created physical life.
Not an experiment, because mankind was created to be permanent and to live here on Earth forever.

I find it was God's enemy who tries us -> James 1:13-15.
Sinner Satan challenged the faithful man Job (Job 2:4-5) and by way of extension challenges all of us.
Touch our 'flesh....' ( loose physical health ) and under adverse conditions we would Not serve God.

God created man for himself.

Revelation 4:11: “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.”

By his will... but why?

He didn't need us:
"God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of Heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. Nor is He worshiped with men’s hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives to all life, breath, and all things” (Acts 17:24–25).


Our existence is about glorifying God.

1 Corinthians 10:31: “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”

The biblical story is one of relationship. God created people and walked with them. The relationship was broken...but God allowed us to kill his Son to restore that relationship.

God desires Communion with us.

I think, once people had evolved, I believe God then placed his spirit in the earliest people, which gave them a will and an intellect, unlike all other creatures.

Why wait until the Resurrection? Why not just create this utopia now?

Waiting gave all of us the opportunity to be born and think who we would like as Sovereign over us.
