Hi guys, thanks for responding, and sorry for the confusion. This isn't really a question about Roman Catholicism at all, and I hope none of you took it that way. I just have noticed that certain filters result in a higher S/N ratio, and I'm not interested in discussing Trinity, or Sola Scriptura, or any other silliness that certain groups bring up from time to time, after time, after time.
What I'm really interested in is what Christians understand about the Knowledge of God and the Ignorance of God; how they relate to each other, and who owns them. Both of these things are of God's Essence, as is the Son.
Here are two statements:
I am I.
I am He.
As a Man, can we substantiate either of these statements? If so then how so?
.
Trinity Stooge Good to meet you...
Scriptures are clear... "
God is Love"! Man is made in the image of God! Only man can Love! Dogs, Snails, Frogs, Chicken Horses.. etc ..cannot love!
Love is: "Giving of self for another person!"
CAN'T....
Trinity Stooge can't love by self! You MUST step out of your box, out of your comfort zone, at personal cost to love! Alms giving is a loving act! Doing things for other people are loving acts! Basically "Giving of your time talent or treasure" are acts of Love!
God does everything perfectly... If he did not he then would not be God!
God is LOVE! Can't love yourself that is
NOT perfect love! God needs another person to love to be perfect; from the very first there was two (2) God and the person he loves if there was NOT two (2) then God would not be perfect he would
NOT be Love, he would not be God!
John 1.. In the beginning was the word... The word was God! ... The word became man and lived among us!
Jesus redeemed us by perfect love! Jesus gave of himself perfectly, totally; Not only letting go of his life but his body and divinity! Jesus gives so mush so perfectly he gives us his body to consume!
Trinity Stooge God became part of his own creation!
Jesus rose from the dead because he was sinless.. "
The wages of sin is death" Death could not hold Jesus in the grave; all united to Jesus "In LOVE" will never die... "Jesus has been there and done that.. No one can die twice!
