That's it AOC! Oh my, photo op time! Quick, MASK UP for those PR camaras! Lead by your example!

The Socialist Media Propaganda Queen Award is in the bag!

Remember, it's imperative to mask up the same way your elected Socialist representatives do kiddies.

AOC shows how it's properly done, and please follow her example for others, who may follow your examples as well.

It's what makes this country so darn great and safe for all to enjoy ! Do your part!

It is a bad idea to go unmasked in such close proximity to others.
I go maskless outdoors, but I keep my distance from those
diseased humans around me.
Lol she takes it back off after the camaras stop rolling once the propaganda pitch concludes.

Maybe its those dump stupid conservatives that put her up to this tomfoolery. I mean that insipid Delta variant is all over now!

Democrats, as it's important to point out, are never prone to such hypocrisy, and are always the ones to follow the proper guidelines, unlike those reckless backwater conservatives putting others needlessly in danger.

Note: Bonus Special Message from President Biden at end of video.

Now what was that about untrusting conservatives steadfastly refusing to believe the many well informed Democrats as to what they are being told about Covid thread after thread, post after post ad nauseum?

Spreading all that harmful and dangerous misinformation?

Any comments in that regard?

AOC is a human who, like everyone else, is prone to making mistakes. While her lack of masking in such close proximity to a fairly large crowd would be riskier indoors, she should have still either kept her mask on or kept a safe distance (per current medical advice).

I don't think that conservatives need to believe Democrats about the pandemic, or vice versa. Both--and everyone else--need to follow the advice of relevant medical organizations and expert authorities such as the CDC and WHO. AOC isn't a medical reference or expert; she's a politician. As we say in Arabic, "Give your bread to the baker, even if he eats half of it." (As in, respect qualified experts even if you're unsure about their approach at face value. Let them do their jobs.)

I have comments!!!

1. AOC is a person, so fallible. A politician, so VERY fallible. And younger than me, so VERY, VERY fallible. (People older than me are similarly very, very fallible I have found)

2. Taking health advice from politicians is a bad idea. At best, they'll accurately regurgitate the actual information from the experts.

3. This doesn't change my views on anti-maskers or anti-vaxxers. Just to the tiniest degree on AOC.

4. Are you sure you don't have a teensy wittle crush?

That's all folks!

Au contraire' No crush I rest assure you.

However it's fairly obvious I would say. ..

Back to her defense I see good Sir Knight. Bravely Defending her honor to perchance impress her and win her heart against the evil black Twilight?

I am jealous of a person whose life is so devoid of conflict and problems that this looks like a genuinely serious issue to them.

I'm not with this. This woman isn't wearing a mask when she is in the open air, at a distance rom others. That's what we do in the UK - there is little risk of transmission in such circumstances.

And she later puts one on when she is sitting close to others, in a big group. That's also what we do - or should do, to be prudent, because the risk of transmission is higher.

Can you explain what any of this has to do with socialism?

I knew you'd go back to her. I knew it.

I did too. Some relationships are quite special, even lasting a lifetime.

I've even baked a cake for this moment:

Who, me? I'm not defending her. She should have a mask on, and politicians are mostly professional spin artists.

I just don't expect much or listen much to politicians, so whatever she does has limited impact on my worldview.

Side note but I once 'starred' in a movie...kinda. Media studies at Uni we had to make a movie which included genre tropes. We did a Western, good guy with a White hat, bad guy with Black. I was black hat all the way. Got shot in the final showdown. Only way the good guy could stop me stealing the scene I guess. :)

Stop spitting when you speak. The electronics recycling center will never want your used keyboard after that. They'll just have to burn it while reciting words from an ancient book for purity.

that my laptop is toxic waste, & cannot be recycled,
lest my posts infect new computers & go viral.
